Dr. Petersen accepted an appointment request for my pet who was suffering from acute eye infection at the end of the day on a Friday. The important part of the story is that my pet is not a regular patient in their clinic!!!! They welcomed my pet into their busy clinic at the end of the day on a Friday evening - meaning I called at 4:35 and they saw him at 4:50 same day. They took their time to get to know us and evaluate my pet. They treated us with kindness and were thorough in their evaluation. I’ve never felt more at home in a vet clinic. We appreciate Kate their proactive and kind approach. We would recommend them to any pet owner. FYI - their fee schedule was more than reasonable!! We appreciate Dr Petersen and the staff for making us feel at home!!!

Long story short, PPH is great, and so was my appointment on Wednesday. You re a lot farther from me now, but I wouldn t take my cat anywhere else.

As always, our fur babies and I are treated as valued patients and pet owners. We have seen every one of the veterinarians (mainly, Drs McGinty and Saunders) that are currently at Petersen Pet Hospital and have been treat very well by them all. The receptionist, vet techs, and assistants are very knowledgeable and professional when it come to working with us. We have no hesitation in referring people and their pets to Petersen Pet Hospital. Everyone was so nice the moment we walked in and my dog was so happy and comfortable being at the vet and loved all his treats. I was given information for a vaccine I’d never been offered at my previous vet and was grateful for that.

The tech spent extra time with me talking about possibilities of Angel s difficulties. As did the doctor on the telephone call to give test results and answer questions. Very satisfied. Especially in light of the fact that Angel got startled and actually nipped the clothing of the tech as she stood to come around the exam table...which she has never done!! I APOLOGIZE and will do all I can to make sure that never happens again.

We always feel comfortable bringing our American Eskimo to see Dr. Saunders. She and the rest of the staff always treat us with care and compassion. We will always bring our pets to Petersen Pet Hospital.
