I really like the young vet on staff. She is friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk with.

This was my dogs first visit in this clinic since being combined with pellston animal clinic. My first thoughts as I pulled up was wow this is a beautiful setting with lots of space and big beautiful plants . My dog was not nervous one bit as we entered the building which was a great sign . Walking in it smelled great and was very clean. The worker at the desk was very pleasant and I was shown to a room within a few moments. I had barely any wait time we were out of there in less than 10 minutes as it was just a wellness check, shot and tick medicine. I highly recommend the clinic.

So friendly and accommodating for an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning! Dr. Holly and everyone else was happy to see our Holly, quickly diagnosed her issues, and recommended multiple ways to address her issues. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you all so very much!!

it took to long to get an appointment, about 2 months, and been going there over 20 yrs

None of these ratings stars worked. It would be helpful to have listed prices for each item, test or vaccine. I had no prior understanding of heart worm/ flea and tick pills, costs and how they were taken. Sticker shock at check out was overwhelming. Please assume that ALL owners have no idea of pricing and run thru it in patient room before going ahead with all processes….$323 was tough on my monthly budget….I would have appreciated a clearer explanation

Since merging the offices. I don’t feel the desk staff is as friendly as the ones at the Pellston office were. And don’t seem as knowledgeable.

During a two shot vaccine update, my dog yelp with each injection the Doctor gave her. In the 13 years she has been seen by a vet, I’m pretty confident she never experienced that before. It was a veterinarian we’ve not seen before. I’ll be requesting a different Doctor in the future for shots.

I did have to wait for my appointment at their office, however, the staff was very very apologetic and offered to reschedule or do whatever I would like. I chose to wait and again, they kept me updated and apologized for the wait. I understand they are super busy practice and things happen especially on a farm call. I love this practice and am happy to see their success! Dr. Thorpe and now Dr. Tonya, I have used as my horse vet and both very down to earth and personable. EXCELLENT service by all.
