The staff here really care about the pets that they take care of. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

I was unable to go back with Rosez for her appointment due to rooms being full, so that was a bit distressing, but I know you guys are growing quickly, so its not a big deal. Also, I LOVE your office cats. Makes waiting so much better.

Ido not understand why the dog owner is not invited in when the pet goes in for treatment.As long as I have been to vets I was invited in. The last two times I was not. WHY

Dr Shauna was a great addition to the office. She has been such a great vet every time I have seen her. She is very kind caring and very compassionate. I can t say enough about how great she has been. She came in on Christmas Eve to see mollie and put her down for me as it was her time. . She was awesome. Never made me feel like I was inconviencing her during a holiday. Thank you for all you guys do.

The time spent with Alicia and DR Kim was caring, informative and overall they made me feel that they were truly concerned about Roscoe s health and well being.

I loved my experience.Everyone was so helpful and Lucy is so much happier now.

Only went to get a blood test for my cat. Did not see a doctor.

We were seen the same day I called to make an appointment. We had a short wait, but not unusual for later in the day. We appreciate the water that is available for pets in the waiting area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This was our first time seeing Dr. Kim. She explained the surgery our pet had the next day. Things went very smoothly and all of our questions were answered. Thanks for putting us at ease as we were very anxious over our pet s health and comfort level.

i really trust the care and professionalism that you provide...the staff is stellar...what is most important to me is that dr kim and michelle are willing to work with me on issues about my children ...i have dealt mostly with dr kim and i greatly appreciate the fact that she listens to me and my concerns, and we can actually discuss the issues at hand, rather than have someone just tell me what needs to be done... i have had many dogs and cats (and other pets) in my life and i have been doing rescue for over 15 years, so i have learned a bit...i have also educated myself about the proper care of my kids..i certainly do not know a lot but i love that dr kim hears my simple little input and respects my thoughts about the care of my kids...i cannot ask for more and i am greatly appreciative...thanks dr kim

I had an appointment but still had to wait over 30 min. The staff were all very nice & knowledgeable.

I called on Wednesday and was able to get a Friday AM appointment for Jake to be seen and Quincy to be bathed. I was very pleased. You do an excellent job of meeting the needs of pets and their parens!
