I really appreciate how everyone is so helpful and caring about Big and Little. I can t praise them enough. I really like the new wing that was added on too!!!

I appreciated the doctor coming into the room to see Motley rather than taking him to another location where I would not be present to see how he did.

As usual, I had no problems. Wait time was reasonable and the staff was pleasant. It is a great reference point that the gals at front desk know my name. Makes me feel welcome and want to come back.

Dr Michelle has been terrific to us as well as our kids. She takes her time even when we know she has patients waiting for her. We were very lucky to find her when we moved to the area 11 years ago.

VERY NICE STAFF. Rusty did not seem stressed when I picked him up from his weekend stay. HE RECOVERED NICELY.

I have been taking my pets to Rutherford Vet for many years and will continue to do so as long as I m satisfied with the service. Dr Toms is my favorite just because we go way back and she s so good with the animals and their owners. So yes I was very satisfied with the service from everyone I dealt with during my visit. Thank you for always treating me with such caring respect for me and my pets.

I thought $190 for a male dog to get fixed was rather expensive but other than that it was Great!

The place smells and looks much better! The staff seem more attentive and concerned that everyone is being helped. I am very satisfied that the vet personally called to review my pet s blood work. (We had an issue in the past. We were told someone called to tell us lab work did not look good but I really don t think we ever received that call.) Overall, I see huge improvement in customer service. Thank you!
