Only went to get a blood test for my cat. Did not see a doctor.

We were seen the same day I called to make an appointment. We had a short wait, but not unusual for later in the day. We appreciate the water that is available for pets in the waiting area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This was our first time seeing Dr. Kim. She explained the surgery our pet had the next day. Things went very smoothly and all of our questions were answered. Thanks for putting us at ease as we were very anxious over our pet s health and comfort level.

i really trust the care and professionalism that you provide...the staff is stellar...what is most important to me is that dr kim and michelle are willing to work with me on issues about my children ...i have dealt mostly with dr kim and i greatly appreciate the fact that she listens to me and my concerns, and we can actually discuss the issues at hand, rather than have someone just tell me what needs to be done... i have had many dogs and cats (and other pets) in my life and i have been doing rescue for over 15 years, so i have learned a bit...i have also educated myself about the proper care of my kids..i certainly do not know a lot but i love that dr kim hears my simple little input and respects my thoughts about the care of my kids...i cannot ask for more and i am greatly appreciative...thanks dr kim

I had an appointment but still had to wait over 30 min. The staff were all very nice & knowledgeable.

I called on Wednesday and was able to get a Friday AM appointment for Jake to be seen and Quincy to be bathed. I was very pleased. You do an excellent job of meeting the needs of pets and their parens!

Number 1 is rated a 3 because it is hard getting from the parking lot to the waiting room by exposing animals already afraid, to the perils of busy traffic on 64/74

Keith is a real jewel -- so good with my dogs. He so patient and loving. I also witnessed an excellent job of mentoring. Michelle was great to take time to talk realistic about my problem with my chihuahuas not being completely housebroken. Great advise. Need to try to reduce wait time out front. I waited 45+ minutes past appointment time which was ok with me but others in a hurry could have a real problem. If emergencies happen, it would help to give us communication.

I know we didn t call before coming over, but since Geronimo would drag his butt instead of walking, we thought it would be considered an emergency and would be seen in a timely matter. We were seen when we came back at 3pm. He is doing much better since on medication

The staff treated Jella like she was their own sweet doggie. I am especially appreciative of Dr. Cham and her assistant coming out to my house you could cello to sleep. It was very moving and comforting and moving We all were crying together.

I have been coming to this office for 8 years. I am generally very satisfied. The only problem I have is I think the pricing is a little steep. But I suppose you get what you pay for. I have great confidence in Dr. Michelle.

Although our apptmt was with Dr. Shauna for cat and dog, when Dana noticed that Ginger had previously been seen by Dr. Kim for her lump, she took her back for Kim to recheck her. I expected a charge for brief exam but Kim kindly waived the charge. We have scheduled lump removal or debunking with her in a couple weeks.
