They were all friendly, professional and courteous.

I did not like the fact that my dog smelled like cigarette smoke after he was taken back to put on his bandana.

Everything went perfectly. It is fun to bring my dog in and see all the different animals being treated with such efficiency and care. Everyone is treated with special individual care. Nice clean office.

This business is run by people who put patients and there people first.

Dr. Walker and the young tech, I didnt get her name, were both very nice.

The staff at Rutherford I don’t know hospital is always superb and very accommodating however I thought my dog was going to undergo a dental care with Dr. Kim who I had requested. I received a call from another veterinarian that actually did the teeth cleaning and subsequently did a tooth extraction. I was very grateful for that however I was a bit taken aback by the fact that Dr. Kim was not the one that I had requested and was told that would do my dogs care. I have never met the physician that did my dogs procedure and I’m grateful that it all went well but I would have preferred to have had Dr. Kim instead of someone that I did not know Or at least been advised that someone other than Dr. Kim was not going to do the procedure.I know I may sound like a very overcautious and overbearing mother and I guess I am overprotective of my animals. I am very grateful that the physician took the time to call me and talk to me about the whole experience, I really a.m. but again I have never met her and felt taken aback when Dr. Kim was not Who I thought was going to handle my dog. I am sure it was just a miscommunication and I am not faulting anyone except for a bit of an oversight. I do trust that anyone that works for Rutherford Veterinary Hospital is it still a provider and hopefully I can meet this new veterinarian one day and feel comfortable in a relationship with her. Just a recommendation that we all now and on the same page of who is caring for animals. I really love you guys and don’t mean to sound critical, again I was just taking a bag of that someone other than who I requested did my dogs procedure. Thanks for taking good care of Louie, He is doing great right now and I have no issues with his postop care.

Not at all related to my appt., but when my son had an appt. for his dog to be spayed, no one contacted him that the office was going to open late (due to ice) and he felt responsible to be there on time when it was really dangerous to drive. Would have been nice to contact those with appts. the evening prior. Only negative issue I ve EVER experienced at RVH. So many staff members have gone above and beyond to care for my animals through the years, both rejoicing and crying with me. I treasure a card I received from Dr. Michelle and Dr. Kim after my beloved Toby died. It meant so much. RVH has been such a blessing to me and I am forever grateful for the kindess shown.

The girls are always nice and helpful.. Will is sooo good with all the animals.. Robert is so awesome with the girls.

Waiting times are always a little to long.

I appreciate the healthcare you provide for my dogs . I’ve been with your office for 10 yrs. I also appreciate your pricing and I like the fact that you don’t hit my pocket book so hard and still give excellent care. Thank you!

I would never consider taking my dogs to anyone else. The care and love they show goes beyond excellent. I only wish they had emergency after hours, I would have a hard time going anywhere else in an emergency.

I realize things happen, but my appt was at 3 and I was not seen until 4:10. Also, 45 min in a room with constantly chirping birds is a bit annoying. I do want to say, however, I have always been happy with the quality care Charlie receives here!!! Your docs and staff have always been very caring.
