Thank you so very much for truly caring for my baby. The assistant was very sweet to Anna and the doctor was also very caring. She even called us at home with the results of Anna s tests, with caring instructions. We love ya ll so very much.

Everything went well

You have been our best vets for the past 10 years, with Mocha, Brownie, and now Skye. And we have always felt comfortable boarding our dogs there, knowing medical care was right upstairs!

I had to make an appointment 30 days from the day I called the vet hospital. That s too long!

The entire staff there is great. Dr. Walker is amazing. She really cares about the pets she’s checking. Explains everything thoroughly.

Everything was great! Max and Molly are always well taken care of.

I had to wait a month for the appointment, but maybe that was because it wasn t an emergency.

As an out of state, new customer, we were thrilled with the service, cleanliness, and treatment of our new puppy

I felt uneasy about the parking lot being so close to the road and the lobby was much too small to accommodate the 6 big dogs who were there, in addition to a few other pets. I was very impressed with the care of the vet and techs, however the facility leaves a lot to be desired.

I think my dog would do better on eye drops instead of ornaments. She doesn’t like for me to mess with her eyes. I’m just not confident in getting the ointment on her lower lid. Karen Gibbs ( Chloe’s Mom) ??

I arrived with five dogs and there was quite a wait. When the assistant came out to get my first dog she apologized for the wait and explained they were short staffed that day. It happens. When she returned my first dog I could see she was visibly upset. I asked if she was okay and she said they had two euthanasias that afternoon. I can’t imagine how upsetting that is on a daily basis. I let her know I was fine and knew they were doing the best they could. When the doctor came out, she too, apologized for the wait. I let her know too that I was fine … at least I was taking all mine home. It was a tough day and they handled it with grace and compassion.

Dr.Shauna and her team took great care of my Bentley. I was upset when I dropped him off and the staff reassured me that he would be okay. The staff at RVH are always professional and so caring. That means a lot because our fur babies are our family. I appreciate how they continued to take care of our babies during the pandemic. You guys ROCK !!!! Keep up the good work.
