Everyone we have interacted with has been very kind. No matter how busy they are, when it’s our turn, they give us their full attention. We are so very grateful for Dr. Michelle and appreciate everything she does for our furballs.

It would be helpful if the doctor would give their name when entering the room. You have several relatively new docs and when one does not come too often it is difficult to remember who is who. If they have a name tag on I have missed it. The paperwork you get does not always have the doctor s name on it but maybe the last one you saw.

You are the most wonderful practice I’ve been to in 2 decades. I feel safe there, and completely trust your care of my beloved companions. And Dr Michelle is a tremendous person, as well as an adept and compassionate vet. Her long term staff is a testament to her skills as a boss, too.. THANK YOU ALL, for being there for me, through the years!

Shauna is a gem! She worked our dog in for surgery and gave her wonderful care. I only wish she were closer to our home.

I value this practice and all of the people who work there. Dr. Walker has comforted me with her friendly and professional manner. Erin has become my Scottie s BFF. Everyone is helpful even in the face of busy times.

We love this practice and all the doctors and staff. They take excellent care of our five dogs. They are thorough in listening to our concerns, asking additional questions and ensuring all of our questions are answered.

The vet and vet techs were very nice and so helpful. We are very pleased with the all the staff at Rutherford Vet.

I brought one cat in on Tuesday and the doctor explained about the cat rabies vs the other and I opted for the cat one . The next day I brought in my two other cats but saw a different doctor. I forgot about the different rabies but assumed either they would ask me or go ahead and do the cat rabies which I had chosen the day before. It wasn’t until I paid that I realized they were not given the cat rabies and it wasn’t given as an option. I think this should be discussed each time and noted in the file that’s what you want. Otherwise I have no complaints. April, the vet tech , was great with my cats.
