We have four dogs (one of them three-legged) and a cat, and every time we ve come in—whether for routine care or something more urgent—the level of care has always been exceptional. We truly appreciate how each of the vets takes the time to not only discuss our fur babies with us, but also to listen carefully to any concerns or observations we have. They go above and beyond in explaining the rationale behind their treatment plans, which always makes us feel well-informed and confident in the care our pets receive. You are all truly outstanding, and we can t thank you enough for everything you do!

Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful to not just me but our pets as well. I highly recommend ! Dr Christian is amazing! She loves our pets as we do and it shows.

I appreciate the extra care provided by Dr. Smith. I’m thankful she took the time out of her busy schedule to contact and consult with the Veterinarian at FETCH in Greenville regarding a care plan for Krissy. Dr. Smith encouraged a practical care plan for Krissy. Dr. Smith also followed up with me twice that afternoon with the results from the blood test, and her discussion with Dr. DeClue at FETCH.

It took a while to get an appointment with my favorite Veterinarian, but worth the wait..

I do not recall the vet tech ever introducing herself, nor did the doctor introduce herself to me when she entered the room. This was my first time ever at this practice, and no one even bothered to introduce themselves or treat my dog and I like a new patient with basic introductions and explanation of how the visit would progress. The vet tech was kind enough to inform me that the doctor was running a few minutes behind and would see me shortly. When the vet tech returned with the doctor, the tech abruptly grabbed my puppy without informing me that she would be doing so, put my puppy up on the exam table, and proceeded to hold my clearly-scared-puppy in a head lock. I understand that she was trying to assist the doctor in positioning my puppy for the doctor to complete the physical exam, but this definitely could have been done in a more friendly and respectful/considerate way to my puppy and more importantly, been explained to me ahead of time as the owner. If you don t want dogs to be scared of the vet s office, they must be treated better than this. I felt that my puppy and I were just chopped liver, not individuals with whom the staff wanted to make a personal connection with. I must say I was quite disappointed in this aspect of interpersonal skills between the staff and I as well as between the staff and my puppy. The doctor spent maybe 5 minutes total in the room with my puppy and me before leaving, adding to the feeling that being seen at this office was no different than being a car on the assembly line. I would not hesitate to switch vet offices for this reason should I find another with prices competitive with this office.

It was a very good experience and a reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful.

I love Dr Smith and all the girls that work there! Everyone is so kind and sweet! And Dr Smith is very thorough with my kitty and her explanations and never tries to talk me into doing something I don t want to do. She s very thoughtful! ??
