I appreciate that Dr. Covant re-checked Menchie tonight. Menchie wasn’t himself, and I was worried. It ended up being nothing serious and a normal reaction to his earlier vaccinations. But Dr. Covant gave Menchie Benadryl, and he seems to be more comfortable now. I am glad I could bring my dog back before you closed. It gave me peace of mind. Thank you!

I dont understand why anal gland expressing is 75$? I find that to be an outrageous price.

I feel the Vet was pushing test, which I agreed to do. Not sure all really required

I felt the service from dr. Eric was sub par. It was the first time we’ve seen this vet, the examination was not detailed. I even had to ask if my dogs ears looked ok as he didn’t check. I also felt that everything the vet suggested was a direct relation to the clinic making more money. “Your dog should have this vaccine, you should get his teeth cleaned, you should change the food, etc”. In addition, the information I received over the phone when I made the appointment, was not what this vet insisted. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful but because the vet didn’t care about anything but making more money, I will be changing to another vet, where they care about the animal not the balance sheet.

Everything was great quick and easy and Tito los pain free

Today’s appointment was a follow up and check up from a previously diagnosed issue, was in the room for literally 4 minutes. Very surprised and disappointed that we were charged for the appointment given the original charge for the diagnosis. The vet literally looked at our puppy and said, all is good, you can stop using the medication.

Some pets get stressed being at vet and pant a lot. The sun coming in the window is great but pets get hot. The water bowls were crusty and couldn’t let my dog drink from it. Other than that all was good.

Always the best experience for us and our dog! Love Dr. Covant!

Great service and super friendly but today was very costly for me. $85 for a 5min drop/blood test (then meds on top) is expensive. I don t know how much the test itself costs the clinic but end of the day this along with the meds was barely affordable for me. Hope my honesty is well received

Just to possibly call clients to inform them if there will be a bit of a wait before coming in or have clients come a little later to reduce the wait time.
