You should put a chair in the examination room for the comfort of guests

I appreciate that I wasn t pushed into getting my cat vaccinated at the time as her weight was slightly down. The vet asked me to come back in a month for the shot, as long as the cat s weight is stable. I also appreciate that nail trimmings come no charge with every exam.

I have severe concerns about the competency of Dr. Tong. I do not want my pet to be seen by her anymore. I will follow up with Dr. Covant when he s back. Will need to switch vets if there s no backup other than her. Sandy is the best receptionist.

After waiting an hour and a half, the doctor was completely unhelpful

Due to a severe car allergy it would be wonderful if the rooms would be wiped down before the next animal appointment or to keep a separate room for dogs only and the same for cats. I always recommend Bayview/Seven Hospital to friends.

I was very impressed with the staff and facility!

Everything was great. I must say that it was a very expensive visit for the hour I was there but I also was very well informed by the doctor on the prices...I m not going to say no to anything no matter the price if my companion is sick or hurting. Other than that everthing was what I expected and more. Thank you.

Receptionist at the front was a little flustered both days that I had come in, although it was busy due to the timing, I felt very rushed through my questions and concerns.

took a little longer than expectes in terms of wait time. but the service was amazing.
