I have been with the clinic since my first dog Tyson- We have shared many laughs and also tears at the clinic- but I cannot ever imagine being with anyone else with any of my animals when they need care. I am having trouble with the STARS-EXCELLENT-- is the rating but the STARs are not user friendly See you Wednesday morning sharon

Rocky has a very stressful time riding in the car. He whines, cries and can t settle. The Adaptil spray that was suggested was incredible. He settled in no time and seemed quite content. Thank you!

Toby went in for a teeth cleaning and extractions, the staff and Dr. were very professional. I received a follow up call from the Dr and we discussed Toby s after care, he was refusing food, and giving him his meds was a real fight. We tried all suggestions, peanut butter. He just found more inventive ways to hold a pill in his mouth and spit it out later. He refused all foods, even soft foods...finally I churned up his food and injected it into his mouth. I had a follow up visit June 20th...nothing was noted at the time...we decided to continue his meds and force feeding. And revisit the issue if he persisted on not eating...and possible do more blood tests to see if other problems are involved...we are now in a wait and see mode...thanks to the caring staff...hopefully Toby will stop being stubborn and start eating...

Thank you for not sending me a picture of Coco Farfel in recovery. The last time, I opened the link and panicked because it was unexpected. No one advised me that they would be sending a picture. The follow-up call was a nice touch as it tells me you care.

I would love to do this survey but I don t understand this star system. If I tap the star on the right which I assume means excellent, absolutely nothing happens. So I m just going to say that our visit was excellent and we will see you in the fall .
