My dog was given kennel cough vaccine which I did not ask for as I chose not to have it last time. Dr assumed my dog was getting it. Dr should have gone over the vaccines with me before giving to make sure my dog was getting all. I told dr and reception that I did not want it and still had to pay for it. I should not have been charged. The dr did it so fast it was too late to stop him. I was not happy with this

I am with the breed for over 30 years and value doctors, who listen to owner s experience and whose approach in treatment matches the information found through personal research. Doctor Howard Covant was addressing my concerns even before I shared them with him. He verifies dosage and treatment compatibility for an animal prior assigning any new medication. Dr. Howard Covant and Dr. Andre Francoeur are those whom I trust my dog. Thank you for taking a great care of Mia!

Andi, Angela and all the girls were friendly and quick! Menchie got great care from Dr Covant, as always. Menchie had his skin and ears checked, had a nail trim, blood work, and I picked up one box of NexGard Spectra. One dog up-to-date and 2 more to go. They’ll be in on April 17th.

Staff are friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure.

This was the best interaction I’ve had. Normally I don’t get to see the dr as we schedule a grooming at the same time.

I feel that charges are a bit excessive. Feel sorry for those who don’t have insurance.

Dr. Covant was great with his introduction and reminders of puppyhood and notes/newsletter will prove useful as reminders.

I have been a client of Bayview Seven since January 1993, beginning with our first dog Baxter. I just had my first visit with my fourth dog, Winnie, and it was a very good experience for her, although she was not keen on the nail trimming but we are working on that. As usual, Dr. Covant, Shady and the rest of the staff made her feel very special and I, as always, feel confident and comfortable bringing my lovely girl to Bayview Seven.
