I am so grateful for having Dr Andre and staff to care for my sweet senior dog. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Dr Andre is exceptional in his knowledge and his gentle manner! He explains everything thoroughly and my dog is very calm with him!

Even though Henry isn’t a fan of going to the drs I have to say everyone at bayview and seven animal hospital make every effort to help him feel loved and comfortable. Thank you for making our little meatball get better ??

My file was given to a coop person and I was 40 minutes late for my appointment because the doctor didn t know that I was waiting

Very unhappy with the service today. We were ignored and no attended too. Did not receive information with our dogs care and yearly checkup regarding our dogs teeth. The Veterinarian told us to wait for him after he checked our dog and gave blood work. He never came back to speak with us and we waited over a half hour while the vet was attending to other clients and their pets. We received our invoice and was not explained with the costs that were very costly. The secretary did not inform us when to come back and was not friendly.We have been coming here for years with our pets and we are very disappointed with the treatment we received. We did not feel valued at customers.

Our two year old Maggie’s leg was bitten at the park by a dog without a leash or collar. The owner did nothing to stop it. We were extremely relieved when Shari asked us to come right away. Dr Andre took care of Maggie and assured us she would heal in 10 days. Today her staple was removed and we’re very happy to see her back to normal. Thank you to everyone at Bayview Seven Animal Hospital.

It is so reassuring to have Dr Covant and his team looking after our cockapoo since we adopted him. Milo is normally very anxious but everyone at the clinic including Tia calm him and he is happy to receive their attention. Thank you for all that you do for our pets.

Excellent level of service from all staff and excellent care and attention from the Vets to my little fluffy man who is clearly not happy to be there. Very grateful for the thorough medical care. Thank you for taking such good care of us (me mentally) during a very concerning time for us. We always highly recommend Bayview/Seven Animal Hospital!!

Dr. Arya, Sam, Angela, Mina, and Dhivyah were all incredible during my cat’s visit today. He wasn’t feeling well, and they made both of us feel welcomed and truly cared for.

Been with Dr Covant for 20 years and three dogs! Moved to North Aurora but Dr Covant is worth the drive down, also I like the fact the clinic is opened seven days a week.

The staff is terrific and Dr Covant is wonderful but the prices are out of sight.

As always, my pet got the best of care. From everyone. So did I. The staff is helpful, friendly competent, and clearly enjoy their job. All my questions or answered in a way I can comprehend the technical terms. We don’t have to visit often but when we do, it’s always a positive experience. Thank you to everybody at the clinic.
