During my visit when the CPLI Snap Test was suggested, there was absolutely NO MENTION of whether this was a qualitative or quantitative test. It was only after the test had been completed, along with the results I was told the test was qualitative and more tests were recommended to be sure . This is very shady business practice and I would have appreciated the transparency. This is not the first time. There was a similar incident with an ultrasound procedure years ago. As a client for the past decade who keeps up with my pet s annual exams and vaccinations, this lack of transparency is a count against the clinic s willingness to work with me to on my pet s health and wellbeing.

Was happy with the service, Angela was very friendly at drop off and called me once it was done to let me know how it went which I really appreciated.

please ensure Penny and Riley s weight are corrected on their charts going forward. they are 32 and 42 pounds, respectively.

WE brought our pet in to consider surgery and after a thorough evaluation by the veterinarian at the clinic and the surgeon, the decision was that he did not need it! We are relieved for him and grateful for the in-depth medical assessments and communication.

As always it was very good!

I was a bit concerned about the suggestion of having an ultrasound for Fergus for a urinalysis because he was chubby and that would be an additional charge. That has not happened before. It was resolved by my taking both Fergus & Rosie back in later in the week when a more experienced technician is there.

Thanks to Dr. Covant and staff for looking after my two dogs and especially my drama king, husky mix dog.
