The office staff is wonderful. Each one goes out of their way to accommodate both you and your pet. They are quick to answer any questions and eleviate any concerns. The veternarian is an amazing human being. The Vet knows your pet, understands their needs and kept both pet and owner calm. It is nice to have everything explained in an easy and down-to-earth manner. Thank you.

Even after moving from the area to Whitby 20 years ago, I feel very comfortable to bring my dogs and cat to the care of Dr. Covant’s animal hospital. The service and care has and is outstanding.

We LOVE dr. Arya. His demeanour is so professional and very friendly. He is great with our two dachshunds, and his advice and guidance has been most helpful. We spoke of water therapy and swimming for dogs on our last visit, and we would love to see a doggy swimming program in thornhill one day soon! Thanks to all the staff at the clinic. I was very happy with the service I received from both Dr.Covant and the staff. They make a fuss over Winnie and have patience with her little bit of hesitation in situations that she is not quite comfortable in yet.

Our kitten was in serious and critical condition when we took him to Bayview Seven Animal Hospital and our hope of our kitten survival, was very slim. But, Dr. Aria and amazing staff saved his life and monitored his condition through out the day! We cannot thank them enough for saving or kitten! If we could give them 10 *, we would! Thank you for taking care of our dog. Your staff made us feel welcome, the surgery went flawlessly and Dr. Covant s clear explanation relieved any anxieties we had.

My dogs were at the clinic to board for 13 nights. They came in on February 5th and were picked up today, February 18th. I think if a vet clinic is doing boarding, it is imperative that somebody be at that clinic for a number of day-time hours. Sunday, February 16th was not a holiday. The holiday, Family Day, is Monday. This year it fell on the 17th. I think that 48 hours is a long time for dogs to be basically left unattended. Yes, they are safe in a crate. But they are ALONE. The weather was terrible...very cold and snowy. It isn t like spring/summer when a dog can have a nice leisurely walk for 10-15 minutes. Boston Terriers stay out less than 5 minutes per walk. If they do not pee or poop, too bad. The next walk is 6-8 hours later. Special recognition to Sarah who did play with the dogs and give extra attention. And Elizabeth went out of her way to go into the clinic on her day(s) off to give special attention to Menchie, Mendy, and Rosie. This means a lot to me. My dogs take up an enormous chunk of my day...everyday. I worry when I am out of town. I walk them multiple times a day during the winter, because they are out briefly. I know the clinic does not have the time to do it. I know it gets busy. All of this said, I appreciate that my dogs were safe and are healthy. Thank you. Please make sure you give a special shout out to Sarah and Elizabeth, and of course Leslie and Maria.

I have absolutely no criticism of your service. The staff are lovely. The facility is clean and well-orgamized. The doctors are excellent.
