I had to wait for 45 minutes before I saw the doctor. If you say the appointment was for 12 pm it should have been that. By the time I saw the doctor it was 12.45 pm. I hope it doesn’t happen again. I would like to change Dino’s appointment in 10 days. I do not want to wait till June 28. Could please make it earlier. The sooner he gets his Rabbis shot will do for me and then I want him to be groomed. Thank you

Thank you; especially Lucy for your compassion for both the pet and the owner. The staff is professional and caring. The level of before, during and after care (oral and written) instructions are very good. The need for a better phone system is paramount to ensure communication between clients and the office. The office line was busy for well over 45 minuets so this client couldn’t reach anyone to see how the dog was doing.

ALTHOUGH MY DOG HAS A MASS AT THE BACK OF HIS THROAT AND AM AWAITING PATHOLOGY, MAX SEEMS TO HAVE IMPROVED EACH DAY. HE HAS ENERGY, IS HAPPY, IS EATING TWO MEALS A DAY, LOVES HIS WALKS. IN PARTICULAR SINCE HE WAS GROOMED APRIL 25, HE IS EVEN JUMPING. ONE WOULD THINK HE WOULD BE THE OPPOSITE. BAYVIEW/7 AND THE STAFF AND DR COVENT ARE WONDERFUL AND MAX LOVES COMING TO YOU, DESPITE THIS BEING HIS 2ND OPERATION. THANK YOU, IT MEANS THE WORLD, AS HE IS MY WORLD. SHARON MAYO.

I was only told when I got there that the laser wasn’t working for her spay. I had planned to do it so I’m pretty unhappy that no one called ahead of time to let me know and give me the option. I was told when we were in the exam room and didn’t have much of a choice but to do it surgically.
