The technician was very calm and comforting during the nail clipping

I was disappointed that I had to pay a new consult fee when my dogs were just due for some shots. They had just had their physical a few months ago and I was told that I only needed to come for shots/fecal exam. No one explained that I would need a new vet check up which ended up adding extra $200 on my invoice. I was honestly very disappointed and felt taken advantage of.

All staff are always friendly and helpful to myself and my dog. We both feel very comfortable at the clinic.

Firstly, just because i did not buy the ear medication from you, you informed my pet insurance and it was put on condition until March 2021. Already the pet insurance is high becuse vet fees are high and top of that I have to pay as oer their financial system for any unforseen coverages that have been halved only because I stated the ear medication yiu suggested was expensive. When i stated it is expensive, you did not take it to suggest something affordable. Your consultation fees are very high. Everytime it costs me atleast 110. But the doctor expects to have a continuous conversation with me on my pet s health. I cannot cater to this because your charges make me feel I m POOR. Finally, after spaying you expect I leave my dog alone for the night at your hospital for which you charge 60+tax. If i decide to monitor her at my house, you ask me to sign a waiver that you would print at the last moment. Overall your charges have made me feel I m really POOR to raise a pet.

Service was excellent as usual. I always grateful for everything that is done for my pet. Unfortunately this time I did not get my income neither in paper or email.

Veterinarian need take more time and patience for customers which are English as a second language.

I made an appointment for a much needed nail trim for my cat. Her nails were getting stuck in her scratch posts. I asked if I could bring Zoie in within 24 hours, and my request was granted. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you Shadi (sp) for your kindness at the front desk. :)

We were told on the phone that we had to have Shadow s serum phenobarbital level checked. When the time came to pay, I was shocked to hear that we were paying for a geriatric assessment with additional serum phenobarbital. That s not OK with us. Shadow is going to be 9 in a couple of months. Not a geriatric dog.
