Having just moved to the neighborhood, this was my first visit to BRPH. I was able to be seen the same day I called for an appointment, and I was impressed with how clean and organized the facility appeared to be. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the amount of information I was given regarding the care of my pet at check-out. I was very impressed with Dr. Kenney. All of her explanations were very clear and her recovery plan seemed very rational.

This survey didn’t give directions as all the stars were already gold. My visit was fine today. I have the utmost respect for Dr Lax.

I have known Dr Lax for many years but because of location, I changed Veterinarians. Though my vet was great I thought his charges were really high so I decided to drive the distance to get back to Dr Lax.i couldn t be happier! His vet tech is not only really smart, but very kind! Dr Lax is just a stellar human being! There is no wondering or worrying with him! He tells it like it is and I appreciate that so much!

Everything was great except the wait....considering I called 30 min before to confirm that my appt time was when we’ll be seeing the doctor. With that said, I enjoyed the yummy coffee while I waited - thank you for that! And Presley enjoyed weighing himself a few times. Thank you Dr. Lax & staff for taking such good care of him! I love how you guys are very careful about not cutting the quicks (spelling?) on my dog’s nails! I stopped going to my local vet because the technician said, “It’s ok if we hit the quicks. We just put the blood stopper on.” Ugh! She didn’t even care. I really appreciate how careful the technicians are at Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital.
