Dr. Kenny is just amazing and I’m a freak when it come to my dog Bella just because I love her so much. Dr. Kenny totally gets it and Bella is a 5 lb poodle and not everyone is gentle with small dogs or understands their little personalities but Dr Kenny is great with Bella in Everyway ! Truly they all are but Dr. Kenny gets two thumbs up one for sure. Thanks again! Dr. Magdalene

Had to get in quickly due to an unwell doggie, and I was so pleased with the entire process, from getting in to see the vet quickly, to the ease of getting in and out for the actual appointment. Everything and everyone was awesome!

I am very happy with the care my two dogs received. I live in Oceanside so if there were any suggestion I would make it would be to be in a more convenient location. When I have picked my dogs up after surgery, I have had to drive home on El Camino Real. It is usually very congested and a long ride home with a sick dog. But, I imagine most of your clients live near your office so I am the exception. Other than that, I am very grateful to have you as my dogs vet. Janis

I didn t realize I was charged for the cone collar until I got home and really looked at the invoice. We have one at home that we like better so we didn t need one. I already called and took care of this, I just wanted to add it on the survey. It would be helpful to let customers know prior to accepting payment so they have the option not to get it. Likewise, I think it would be nice to let the customer know if there are options to get the medication elsewhere at a lower cost. I know Costco offers some of these medicines, and it can make a big difference for some people. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

The staff is always very attentive and friendly, and professional. I purchased a crate of food, and had my cat in a carrier. The technician who gave my cat her shot was nice enough to carry both the food and the carrier with the cat out to my car.
