Everything was great! They even recommended a groomer that s closer to me. Very much appreciated.

The facility was full of people and animals. There was urine on the floor. It was loud with a dog barking in an attached room. I thought they were too hurried. The staff was friendly. It was kind of overwhelming and caotic.

Female was scheduled for spay but had to cancel as she went into heat. Plan to reschedule her in near future.

I have been using this system for years and I don t remember where I originally heard about it I simply wouldn t be able to afford to spay and neuter my animals without it I tried to tell my friends and neighbors about it so that you have enough animals coming in to keep the system going. It was cancelled at last minute I was halfway there 20 miles,cats loaded when I got the text. If I ever get one cat in a carrier again it will be a miracle

We actually went to the clinic last year when it was in Grand Junction and this year just called around and heard that it was in another location and still was able to go and it was quick and no wait time . Thanks A Bunch!!LYNN YOU ARE AWESOME!!

I believe the process could be clarified and streamlined quite a bit. There weren t clear communications about time, online animal information firms didn t seem to get integrated into the system, checking in took much longer than should have been necessary. I appreciate the service and I m willing to aid with some streamlining suggestions. I believe a bit more thought will make this a more efficient process.

The wait to drop off and pick up took a while. I think it was over an hour to drop off for me which isnt bad considering the amount of animals. Maybe stagger people by last names (a thru g at 9 ... h thru n at 920 etc) .... just a thought to decrease the wait to drop off plus less papers for you guys to look thru. The pick up didn t take as long but that seemed more staggered.
