The staff were very friendly & courteous. Even with the COVID-19 situation the appointment ran smooth. Dr. Douglas is truly remarkable & cares about my precious pet passionately. I respect her opinion and caring nature. Her staff always go above & beyond and with a smile. Outstanding job and looking forward to my dogs next appointment. God bless!!

They were great with our fur babies. They took time to talk and explain everything to us. They done a great job on their shave downs. I am very pleased!

Dr. Douglas and her staff are very compassionate with our 4 dogs (ages 2-13 and weights 5.5 lbs to 70 lbs!). They make sure that our dogs are treated with love and care.

I am not local so we came as visitors. I was very impressed with the ease of getting seen, friendly, helpful staff and clean, bright facility. I did not actually see the vet interact with my pup which I thought was unusual. Not a deal breaker though. What needed to be done was done out of my sight . When the vet did come in, she was friendly and got right to the point. The problem (ears) was addressed with no judgment or up selling. I did learn about a ( new to me) technique to potentially deal with the problem. No promises, but I chose to try it. So far so good. All in all a very professional animal hospital. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
