I always enjoy taking my pets to Berwick! Dr. Douglas is wonderful and so are the staff members. There is ample parking, and the drop off procedure runs very smoothly and the pricing is competitive. I can’t think of any improvement that could be made!

I called in a panic in the morning before a weekend and was fit in as a walk in on the same day. This was not our regular vet and had never even been before. The staff was so kind, professional, thorough, and you can tell they love animals. I think this will be our new vet from now on! I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

This place is awesome

I love this veterinarian facility, we have had a few over the last decade due to moving around and they are definitely our families favorite! Reasonably priced, yet no compromise in the level of service that you receive!

The staff is always so friendly and patient with me and Tina. They put up with any request that ask. I am looking forward to when we can come back in the office with our pets.

I have absolute trust at Berwick. Dr Douglas is phenomenal, and the techs and sraff are great.

Called in at 8am and they were able to get me in at 9am. Fantastic staff and COVID protocols. We’ve been going to Berwick since we got our dog 3 years ago and dare I say, they have only gotten better. Dr. Douglas spends all of the time necessary to go over in detail the procedures and medication necessary. Really great at putting me at ease and it is so very much appreciated. Over all just fantastic establishment and staff.

The appointment times are very extensive and a bit frustrating. The last couple appointments for Eevee have taken 2 hours. If the vet is running behind, it would be nice to receive a phone call and to push back the appointment time rather than sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours. Otherwise, everyone has been great.

Thank you for making sure Cloë had a good experience there! I was sooooo happy that she wasn’t anxious or anything by the time I came back to get her. She seemed to do great with the tests and everything everything even though I wasn’t there with her and that was a huge relief for me. I appreciate you all!

I wasn’t personal there, but my mil brought nova and was very happy with staff and COVID procedures

I feel that the care I receive is above average and the doctor is knowledgeable. However, I feel that the practice is too busy and the doctor is stretched too thin. Either more medical staff needs to be hired or less patients or appointments need to be scheduled.

I came for a new patient appointment. EVerything was great but overall I was there for 2 hours. It just felt like a very long time to wait when I had an appointment.
