The facility is clean and run very efficiently. More than that every person that works there is friendly, polite, and genuinely loves animals. I trust my fur babies lives with them and that is saying a lot!

The staff is always patient, friendly and courteous on the phone and in person. The place is always clean. I am always acknowledged on arrival. I believe the provider looks out for the best interest of my dog. It is an overall pleasant experience.

I have loved all the doctors and staff we have seen at Berwick! Molly can be anxious and I have more than a few concerns and questions, but we have always been treated with respect and empathy. I trust that everyone at Berwick actually cares for Molly s continuing health.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. They know my cat get so stressed going to the vet. They let me wait at home until they are just about ready and then call me and I buzz up there. This minimizes the stress on my cat and me too. Everyone at this practice is very nice. They take time to answer questions and offer practical solutions. The vets are especially conscious of cost saving measures and offer great advice.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, from the moment you arrive. The doctors are alway warm and caring. Keep up the great work!

Had to wait a while to be seen but thankful they worked to get us in without an appointment since we has an emergency visit.

I am new to the Savannah area and just recently starting bringing my new kitten here, and I absolutely love it. It s a very nice, clean, and welcoming environment, and my questions are always thoroughly answered. I feel like my pet s health and happiness is the number one priority which is all I could ask for.

I was really impressed with the staff. They were very kind and professional at the same time. Very caring. I was a little concerned how peanut would act toward Dr. Harper. Dr. Harper walked in and sat on the floor and let peanut warm up to him. Peanut allowed the Dr. to do his job and seemed at ease. The Dr. was very friendly and explained things in everyday terms. Which for old folks like me, that s great. I was very satisfied. Thanks

I really appreciated being told when I booked a 5 o clock appointment that I would probably have to wait. Knowing that upfront made a big difference. It is much nicer to be prepared to wait. And even though I was the last appointment, I didn t feel rushed.

I am very happy with the services and the staff of Berwick Animal Hospital, 5 stars on all accounts. My family just moved to GA and it comforts us greatly to have found a fantastic Veterinary staff & facilities.

In reference to No. 2, the wait time was understandable considering the staff scheduled us for a last minute appointment.
