The vet and assistant were so personable and kind to my dog I was more than impressed. I have never seen a vet walk into the room and immediately sit on the floor to make my dog feel more comfortable. They exceeded my expectations!

We switched to Berwick after a bad experience with another vet. We were SO relieved to be met with compassion and patience for our sweet dog, Bluebelle, who experiences severe anxiety at the vet. Neely listened to us, loved on our dog, and offered lots of options and solutions. Amy stopped in to say hello since we re neighborhood friends from the park, too. All the staff were sweet to our girl, and no one made us feel like a burden or inconvenience. Bluebelle is finally getting the care she needs, and as her owner, I feel like I have a partner in my vet. I ve been singing Berwick s praises ever since, especially to my friends with dogs. I love Berwick and can t thank you enough to easing Bluebelle s AND my anxiety! Y all are awesome. Keep up the amazing work.
