The minute I walked in 10 years ago I knew I was in the right place. Every visit since has re-affirmed that feeling- when Missy runs to get IN the door it s a good feeling. She loves visiting the BAH family. I really miss the boarding services but understand the business decision.

The wait time is always 45 minutes or longer and check out takes a long time as well.

The Berwick staff is the best! Always friendly and very accommodating.

Dr. North is outstanding. Staff very caring and attentive. Extremely impressed with practice and will drive over an hour to take our dog to you!

I am so impressed with this practice. Dr Charra and Dr Deanna were wonderful and really took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the procedure being done. Kayla was awesome as well with the follow up and home care instructions. The genuine care and affection they give their patients is wonderful.

Appointment was at 3:30pm not completed until 5:15pm. However, it was a very busy day for Dr. Amy.

Every time we are there, we have long wait times, maybe set up a system where you can call or text if the pt lives within a 1-2 mile radius about 15 minutes before they are seen so they aren t waiting so long with a nervous dog.

Have been bringing Carrie to this vet since she was 8 weeks old. She is now over a year old and we have had nothing but amazing experiences with you guys! For this survey, the provider question was marked as N/A because she was just getting blood work done for her spay.

We did not have an appointment but were able to be seen without much waiting. All staff were friendly and explained the treatment. We were referred to a specialist and were seen in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend you to other pet owners.

Please bring back the dog boarding! Y all are the best!!!

I ve always had great care for my boys at Berwick, all the way from Reception, to Techs and to Vets. Great care all the way around!

I really loved how much time the vet spent with me and my dog. He was very thorough and didn t seem rushed. Everyone was very friendly. Extremely satisfied with my first visit.

This was my first visit to Berwick Animal Hospital. I had a semi emergency situation with my cat and I was a walk in with no appointment. From the front desk to the surgeon me and Taz was treated with such great care and could not have felt more welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend them and could not be more pleased with my choice to choose them as my new Veterinarian. Dr. Amy and her team is AMAZING!

I feel so lucky to have found such a great place and people to provide care for my dogs.
