When giving medicine or certain procedures you need to give a price upfront before doing anything else. Some of us are very surprised when we check out and hear what the bill is

I waited about 30 minutes from the scheduled pick up time in a room by myself. If you re going to make us wait, give us a wifi password or a magazine or something to watch or do. Staring at 4 walls in a Cat Room is tedious.

I liked everything about the visit except the floor. I understand that there are many dogs with dirty paws in and out of the vet, but the grout in the exam room tile looked gross. Given that I had a puppy without complete vacinations, I was slightly uncomfortable leaving my puppy to play on the floor. The staff was excellent though.

Dr. Collier is the best vet , good at what he does . Greatest staff also.

A wonderful experience, as usual.

We’ve been bringing Charlie there since he was 8 weeks old in 2018. He loves dr derryberry she’s so sweet to him. I had to reschedule this check up and was told it would be a different dr. No problem, Charlie loves coming there. My husband and grandson took him and he said he could hear the male dr in the back yelling at him to be still and asked my husband to come help restrain him (never had to do that before). He said the Dr was being pretty rough with Charlie and Charlie was visibly upset even snapping at my husband before realizing it was him. The dr then informed my husband that since Charlie is a pit bull he would be very worried having him around kids. Our grandson, as well as his little sister, has grown up with Charlie and they are so good together. I didn’t appreciate this drs attitude to Charlie, presumably because he’s a pit bull. I will continue to bring Charlie but will definitely make sure he only sees dr derryberry

Everything was great, I felt heard and that the staff really care about my dog. All of my questions were answered and I felt like the quality of care was excellent.

I have used Dr.Derryberry for several years now. Her & staff have been kind and loving to my very needy beagle mix. 10/10 all the way would recommend!

Thank goodness Dr. D didn t go nuts about offering dental work to be done on my dog. The other doctor is very pushy and I do not appreciate his demeanor. Times are tough and until my dog has a tooth problem that hurts her, I will not be doing preventive work on her. This type of expense goes to my kids. Being aware of hard times and peoples priorities are essential. I hate it when some doctors make you feel like a BAD person because you don t do everything you(Dr.C) suggest.

I ve been bringing my pets here for 20 plus years, I have always been impressed with their knowledge and respectful care they take when treating my pets. There is no other vet in Maury County that I would even consider using.

I am always happy with the service I get at Eastside

I have used other vets in the past. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt like I should in this situation. The vet tech was wonderful. Very caring and loving towards my pet. The vet on the other hand was not. I felt he was rude and condescending towards me and wasn’t caring at all to my pet. Unfortunately this will be my last visit at this office. I truly feel that vets are special people with a huge heart for animals, but this is not the impression that I got from the vet that examined my pet. I can’t say enough good things about the front office staff or the tech. They were wonderful! Unfortunately my interaction with the actual vet will keep me from returning to this office.

Staff are great. Wouldn t take my dog anywhere else. They really care about your pet and explain things in detail.
