I am always happy with the service I get at Eastside

I have used other vets in the past. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt like I should in this situation. The vet tech was wonderful. Very caring and loving towards my pet. The vet on the other hand was not. I felt he was rude and condescending towards me and wasn’t caring at all to my pet. Unfortunately this will be my last visit at this office. I truly feel that vets are special people with a huge heart for animals, but this is not the impression that I got from the vet that examined my pet. I can’t say enough good things about the front office staff or the tech. They were wonderful! Unfortunately my interaction with the actual vet will keep me from returning to this office.

Staff are great. Wouldn t take my dog anywhere else. They really care about your pet and explain things in detail.

The staff at Eastside have been wonderful to my sweet kitties. I m very pleased with Dr.Derryberry & love Brandi and Kyla s gentle demeanor with the animals.

Dr. Collier has been taking excellent care of my dogs for over ten years. I would not go to anyone else.

I have been bringing my cats to Eastside since we moved to Tennessee in 1990. Even in 1997 when we moved almost an hour away, we continue to bring them to Eastside. They are simply THE BEST! Love Dr. Derryberry and her staff!!!!

The floors could use some cleaning of the grout. It is very distracting. Could not ask for a more caring doctor and staff.

Came in at appointment time and was taken back to the examining room immediately. Saw the assistant right away and the doc within minutes. The exam went quickly and the doctor took the time to explain things to me. I know there can be many variables in a visit, but I believe this was the smoothest and possibly quickest vet visit I have ever experienced. Thanks.

I will break up the 5 shots into 2 visits next year.

Great service, as always, but quite surprised at price charged for anal gland expression. Other local vet offices are charging a significantly lower amount.

Dr Derryberry is wonderful. She takes the time to answer any questions and treats my pup like the family member that he is to me.

The staff at Eastside are wonderful. They are so friendly, kind and welcoming We love Dr Collier so I drive up from AL to take Bodie to him. Dr Collier is absolutely brilliant and thorough, something most newer vets aren’t.
