Staff friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Herzog took the time to explain the treatment for kai and what my options were for his care. Excellent care and service. Cannot say enough about Adam who is the tech. Very caring and he loves animals.

I love everyone at this place. I always feel welcome and not a crazy cat lady. They are friendly and kind to my Stinky and treat him with love and care. This is the best vet office ever and I have been to quite a few on this island and will never leave them even though I have to drive a ways to get there IT IS WORTH IT.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. Dr. M is very caring and knowledgeable with great client rapport. She is very easy to communicate with. She listens well. Surfpaws has day hospitalization which I have used several times for my medically complex dog. Whenever I have done this I can feel my dog will get excellent attention and care. I prefer Surfpaws as compared to ER hospitals which are very expensive and unfamiliar with my dogs. 1-6 are rated all Excellent

I am really happy with my choice of a new vet. It was easy to to et an appointment, the doctor and all of the staff are very nice and took good care of my dog. My Hanna feels better already! I also like that the office was very clean and smelled clean too!

Dr. Herzog is great! He is kid and puppy friendly! He does a great job and makes all of us feel we are getting the best of care! He is so gentle with our puppy! Emmy is great too, so kind and friendly. We love coming to Surfpaws!

I have been going to this office with my two pets for six years. I like everything about these vets except the wait time. In all those years I have always had to wait 15 to 20 minutes even though I was on time. They need to work on scheduling it seems.
