Dr. Herzog is great! He is kid and puppy friendly! He does a great job and makes all of us feel we are getting the best of care! He is so gentle with our puppy! Emmy is great too, so kind and friendly. We love coming to Surfpaws!

I have been going to this office with my two pets for six years. I like everything about these vets except the wait time. In all those years I have always had to wait 15 to 20 minutes even though I was on time. They need to work on scheduling it seems.

Surf Paws is a five star operation without any doubt. I had never met Dr. Herzog but I was impressed with his thoroughness and compassion. He took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns and I was extremely pleased with his help. The vet tech (not sure of her name) was also top notch. All of the personnel at Surf Paws are extremely kind and caring. They treat our dog like family and I always feel that they love our dog as much as we do. I couldn t ask for better! Mahalo!

Staff was extremely friendly and wonderful! Seemed a little inexperienced with rabbits though. That’s understandable since rabbits aren’t very common pets. Also wasn’t told that the stool sample would be an extra charge until it was time to pay for the visit. We were originally under the impression it came complimentary with the routine check up. Excellent customer service.
