Both dogs got very sick after the vaccines and had trouble walking. Shots were given under the skin in the area between arm and rib. In the past I’ve seen them get shots between shoulder blades without side effects. Hanna was shaking and panting. Gizmo yelps when I pick him up. Both dogs refused their food at dinner and were not able to jump up and greet family members. This is the first time they have had reactions in 14 years of annual vet visits.

We really appreciate Dr. M’s calm and reassuring manner. We trust her and she always helps us to better understand what we are dealing with, with our beloved Maile Grace. She also took the time to answer all of our questions which was important especially in this situation.

Its always very clean and calming in Surf Paws. The light music and soft decor is nice and comforting for me and my dog. Thank you all for doing a great job!

Adam was wonderfully helpful!! He taught me a great deal in how to care for my pet...and I am so thankful they were so gentle and kind...It was a good experience!

Dr. Herzog was very knowledgable and did an exceptional job at explaining the disease process, differential diagnoses, discussed treatment options, and provided educative material on how to prevent the recurrent condition. The staff was friendly, respectful, and had patience with my dog.

We would like to thank Dr.Herzog and VT Sarah! Kolohe was pretty relaxed after the visit which was a very good sign. :)
