excellent staff. Very professional and calming for my 2 dogs annual.

Wonderful staff.

My only issue was that the tech was unable to clip my dog’s toenails. I think there weren’t enough staff on hand to hold him and keep him secure. She asked if perhaps I could assist her but I’m afraid I’m not great at that myself. I was a little surprised because he has never had an issue before with getting his toenails clipped and he was unusually agitated. But hopefully when I bring him back in next time, it will be a smoother and successful process.

We love the staff and of course our dogs love them too!!!

Dr. Cristina and the assistant were very patient and caring with my dog, who gets very anxious at vet appointments.

Everyone was great! It was a bit longer than expected for the entire appointment, but my dog also had a lot of needs so was very pleased that the staff took the time to take care of them all.

Suggest that a quick dusting of seats be done prior to patients and owners being shown into an examination room. The vet assistant identify or introduce herself because we weren t sure if she was the vet when she started taking all the information on my pet.

I came here to find a new doctor for my dog because his doctor closed his office a few month ago. I tried another office but I was not comfortable and visited Surf Paws today. There are all super nice and seems knowledgeable. I feel I found the best place to bring my dog from now and future. The biggest reason why I like here so much is comfortable with the place and people.

Everyone is so helpful and it’s nice to see that they treat your pet like there own. The passion of the staff comes through.
