I was really impressed with services and attitudes of staff as we just walked in with no appointment and a lot of questions. Was able to get an appointment and questions answered on procedures for health care of our pet.

First time client bringing one of my cats in. Friendly caring staff. Probably not always the case but it was great that I didn’t have to wait long. Vet was nice and treated Charlie well. Hope he gets better following Vet’s advice.

It would always be useful if provide summary of the visit on the invoice to recap what was being discussed, highlights of concerns and or instructions to be provided where applicable. Kind of like My Chart with medical visits - they provide summary of the visit. Very helpful. Thank you.

I asked about the price of the immunizations and was told that they were about $40 each. I was surprised when the bill was more than $160. I didn t realize that it was an $80 fee added for the exam or something? I really don t know what the fee was for. Everyone was very nice and I probably should have expected that there would be some exam fee but nobody mentioned it when I made the appointment or when I was there. The first I heard of it was when I was leaving and told the total.

Everyone at surf paws are pet friendly professionals. They are Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the veterinarian field!!! Ti are is always happy and enjoys visiting the office.
