Everything went smoothly and everyone was very very nice. We loved our visit, except that we came in with many concerns about certain lumps and bumps and pains and hearing loss, stomach issues, etc, but didn t really get any explanation. Maybe it was insinuated that they were just getting old? We did get medications for heart worm, pain meds and anxiety meds. But getting home without a clear explanation, future steps to take, or even when we should bring them in again, would be my only reservation in giving 5 stars all around. But we will be back. Maybe I just need to be more direct with my questions. Thanks for letting me give my feedback.

This was wonderful. I came in worried, but both nurse and doctor listened closely to my concerns, and so clearly cared for my pet. When I left I felt heard, and more important, we has a reasonable plan for moving forward. Thank you so very much for both the pet care, and the hope.

Surf Paws squeezed my pup in at the very last moment because I made the mistake of googling a symptom which resulted in an overreaction to a wrong diagnosis. Dr. M fixed my pup up and didn’t make me feel like a dumdum at all. We love Surf Paws!!??????
