Orchards Pet Hospital staff, from secretaries, Vet Techs right up tho the DVMs have been a true blessing to us and our Dachshund. They went an extra mile to help us by searching for grant funds that gave us a discount of $622.00. Our out of pocket expense was $$150.00 for extracting 26 bad teeth from our little Dachshund! They wrote Merry Christmas on the bill. They did A LOT of work and treated out best friend as their own! WE are in AWE!!! Blessings from Richard & Carol G.

In this time of Coronovirus and having to take precautions galore Thank you all for making the appointments very manageable

5***** on all metrics. Both Doctor Ponozzo and the vet techs were very helpful and thorough during my cat Bella s exam. They obviously care about the well being of their patients . I really appreciated the Covid procedures that are in place at the clinic to keep staff & clients safe.

My only concern is the Care Credit situation. It used to be that you could have longer than 6 months, especially for LARGE bills like we just had. Contracting with them to only allow up to 6 months to pay these large bills interest free is really unfortunate, especially for clients that have been with the practice for such a long period of time. If you go over the free interest period, their interest rate is HORRIBLE. Sadly it leaves poor options for those that have BIG bills. We LOVE Dr P. and have been with her almost 20 years. I hope we never have to look to elsewhere simply so we can afford to pay the bill.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Caleb spent with me discussing Bear s condition and his suggestions for ways I can help Bear to improve his quality of life and how to monitor his condition.

Everything was great! Didn’t have to go in- she came out and got him. When he was done they called me and gave me a time to pick up, they brought him out and went over the instructions and what they did and of course how Jojo did. He was a good kitty!

Dr. Shmerge was so considerate of my shy dog that he sat on the floor with him for the exam and vaccinations. He also took time to answer my non-relevant questions.

Every pet professional at Orchards Pet Hospital is very caring and loving towards my pets and pet owners (me). They take good care of my pets. We are lucky to have them in out community helping and caring for our animals.

I thank you for your care for our Holly. We aren t ready to make the tough decision yet. She s just too spry and happy to let go. (Once she s up of course.) She has surprised us and gotten herself up a couple of times. So we re hoping and praying we get to keep her through the new year. Thanks again.
