They got me in for an emergency visit in 5 minutes from when I called! Cleaned and bandaged my dog s cut foot and even trimmed her nails while they were at it! Love Orchard s Pet Hospital!

OPD was busy this time and the reason we make an appt ahead of time is so that we don t have to wait a long time with our elderly cat. There is a person at the front counter that I don t care for and isn t very helpful. The lady in front of me checking out had her hands full with her dog and her purse and wasn t offered any help. They need to review there appt plans and they need to offer more assistance and help at the front counter. Dr. Ponozzo is always great, she has her hands full at all times and is the best. We would be lost without her. If she were gone we would be as well.

Got a same day appointment which is very much appreciated when you have a sick pet and you don t know what is wrong.

Might mention ahead of time when booking the appt that if the animal has ear mites it could be an extra cost. It wasn t a tremendous problem for me financially but it could have been.
