We were grateful for the prompt response and good treatment of our dog.we were upset with his sudden illness and were grateful for the good care he received

Thor nipped at the Vet tech who had first contact with him. In his defense, she began poking in his ears with a swab without much of an introduction. He is always a bit on edge when we come in and IMO she should have put him at ease before taking samples from his ears which were the problem we were there for and causing him pain. He s not the best patient, but a bit of time getting to know him is usually a better approach.

We love Dr. Ponozzo. Brutus loves her, too.

I have been going to orchards for over 30 years and they have always taken care of my many animals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I would like to just get a vaccine without an office visit, especially since it was within a year or 6 months since pet was last seen. No complaints, nothing wrong. Just administer the vaccine and be done.

Thank you for taking the time and spending it with me and my new puppy. Our last animal we took to Lewiston vet clinic and we did not have good experiences near the end. I hope we can a good relationship moving forward and the experiences stay positive.

I seriously appreciated the effort that was made to not stress Grogu and to allow me to assist handling him! When done, he became relaxed quickly. I expect with a few visits, he will be much more calm about the process.
