Thor nipped at the Vet tech who had first contact with him. In his defense, she began poking in his ears with a swab without much of an introduction. He is always a bit on edge when we come in and IMO she should have put him at ease before taking samples from his ears which were the problem we were there for and causing him pain. He s not the best patient, but a bit of time getting to know him is usually a better approach.
