The billing receptionist confused me a great deal with asking if I wanted to chg my carecredit acct almost $90 over the visit cost to defer payments for 6 months, but didnt explain it that way...not clearly at all. I thought that was very odd. It came across as a scam to upcharge me disguised as being helpful.

We were extremely pleased that we and our sick kitty were taken right into to the exam room. The vet who took care of Daisy was caring, gentle, knowledgable, and explained clearly what the diagnosis and treatment were, as well as other possibilities. Her assistant was amazingly competent and caring when handling our very unfriendly 19 yr old feral-born but much loved Daisy. Pat Lambert

I liked the outside waiting area and the front staff and lead vet, DR Hicks are very friendly and thorough in their exam of our dog. I would recommend them to anyone. Kohala is lucky to have such a great vet team in their community.

I can not get any of these answers to record. All my answers are the highest star available. Kapaau Vet Center is the best vet care any of my pets have ever received! Dr Woodley literally saved my 4 puppies lives 4 years ago. The two i still have are like part of their family! I highly recommend this Vet Center to everyone!

I felt so welcome and in good hands at your office. My dog wasn’t nervous for the first time coming to a Vet. It was as if he could sense it was a very special office staff and doctor ... I so appreciate having found such a special place to care for the needs of my dog :)
