I have some friend who use you, I never have, but after this experience with Pearl, I will continue. I have had three pets and have used other vets, but I have never been in an environment that was so professional, organized and pleasant. It made the visit (almost) o.k. What can I say? You all are the most amazing and caring staff EVER! My dogs feel comfortable, not a bit nervous, and I will go so far as saying they look FORWARD to their vet visits! The waiting time for my appointment was about two weeks, but I specifically requested Dr. Woodley. I planned way ahead for my driving time, knowing I d be in traffic, and actually arrived too early--I was very pleased to be able to sit outside with two dogs, and liked the little garden area. I appreciated being able to be fit in on an urgent basis, and I was grateful that the vet, Dr. Belcher, was so knowledgeable in his differential diagnosis.

We are indeed grateful to the male doctor who performed the procedure on our dear dog, Kea. He did an excellent job. Furthermore, he had the hard job to inform me that Kea might have a limited life spa due to having the tumors been operated on at 2 previous times. We appreciate his candor in advising us not to follow with yet another tumor-removing surgery. After this procedure, Kea is doing well. Her frozen growth is diminishing in size and seems to be drying daily. Kea is also in a good mood. God bless this doctor and the entire staff who have always exhibited so much aloha to our dog and to us.
