Always friendly. Even though my cat when younger was aggressive toward the staff, they always treated her with the same respect and care she gets now as a calmer and more gentle pet. Great staff! Consistently great care for our cat for over the nine years. Five stars!

Dr. Woodley and her staff are always professional and helpful! It is so worth driving from Hilo to Kohala to have my pets seen by Dr. Woodley! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and compassionate! I highly recommend her for pet care!

I was very pleased with the way our tech, Shay, handled our cats. She did not man-handle them; instead she treated them in a gentle,calming way. It made for a pleasant visit for all.
