My dog Thor is always well taken care of when he comes to A Step Up. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Randy is great with my dog. Everyone is very well up to date on everything.So important when dealing with my animals.

Our appointment was great and I felt the Vet took his time with us. The only thing that I was caught off guard by was the additional cost to flavor a medication. I wasn t told that it would be an additional expense. I was just asked what flavor antibiotic did I want. When I got the bill I was surprised to see that it was an additional cost.

I was extremely pleased at the thorough explanation I received and the cost estimate.

This was the first time at this office and I was so pleased with the availability and the staff. I am so appreciative of the time and care that my dog was given. This will be an easy transition from my previous vet to your location.

I was beyond pleased with all of the services we received during our visit. My cat was not the best behaved, but everyone treated him so kindly and knew exactly how to handle him. I felt he was in good hands at all times, even if he was not cooperative. It shows that everyone that works here has a true love of animals of all temperaments!
