I had been with my previous vet for 28 years so I was a little hesitant to change practices but I am very happy with the change. The staff and doctor were all very friendly and the facility very clean with little wait time. Happy to have them to take care of my 4 dogs!

As a new customer I was pleasently surprised by all the little things that were done that make the trip to the vet better. From the waiting room that I never sat in to the check out procedure in the exam room. Then to talk about the people... all were awesome. My dog actually gave Cat her paw which is something that usually takes a wile to warm up to. As you can tell I am very happy with A Step Up.

I was extremely happy with my first visit to this state of the art facility...the staff was wonderful and your location is so convenient for me!

Next time let the owner know the pet is bleeding. My dog after getting microchipped he was bleeding and I didn t know until I got home and it was in my car and all over him and me. It was jus a mess so just a heads up next time.

Everyone was kind and courteous. My questions were answered and time was taken and I did not feel rushed. I got the feeling you enjoy your jobs. You have a new client.

Very happy i brought my husky here. My original vet might as well of told me they did not care about my dog. Bringing them to a step up was a great decision because without doing so, i m not sure if she would have bounced back as quickly as she did. My 2 huskies will now be seeing Mr. Stepusin as their veterinarian.

After being to several vets this was like home. After my visit I was sure this was the place for my dog. Such care and patience, and explaining everything. I also noticed how comfortable my dog was with everyone, not the case other places. So we Thank You for loving our Bella as much as we do!
