5 stars for every category. The only comment I have is after I filled out the form and stating that my dog’s nails needed trimmed, telling the vet tech and the doctor that the nails needed trimmed, Buddy came back into the room after 2 vet techs took him in the back and his nails were not trimmed. They had to take him back again.

Staff are great ??

This is our first puppy in about 17 years and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

We love A Step Up. The staff is phenomenal, and they show their genuine care every time we are there. The Vets take their time explaining and are amazing at offering options vs pushing you in one direction. It’s clear every member of their staff loves animals and has your pets best interests in mind. We are so thankful for you A Step Up!!

This was my first visit here and I had mixed feelings about it. On the plus side, I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, and the front desk staff/schedulers were very kind and helpful. But my first impression was a poor one because all the parking at the front of the building was numbered and labeled “curbside care.” Is that like urgent care? Is this a Sheetz? Then I went around back and the open spaces were for the “comfort room.” So I parked in some random unlined spot. I definitely wondered what was going on as I walked around front. Then once inside I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. The staff apologized but that is still unacceptable. Do they take walk-ins? Do urgent care? I don’t really understand how that happened. But then, Dr. Kitchen was really great. So overall, I don’t know if I’ll be back. I was happy with the end product but didn’t really feel like much of a priority so I will probably try out my friend’s vet and see how that goes before I decide on a new vet for my fairly extensive menagerie.

I appreciate the team getting me a weekend appointment. It was fast and efficient.

The care my dog gets here is top notch! I would recommend to any pet owner.

As always, staff was warm and friendly, and our visit with Dr. Miller was thorough and like talking to an old friend!

it was a very good visit everyone was very friendly and explained things very well more than glad for them to care for our pets.

Both Abby and Dr Stepusin spent lots of time with answering my questions and explaining all of Cubby’s issues and the plan moving forward. They let me know the cost of the lab work recommended. This was our first visit at this practice and I would highly recommend them.
