I am so happy to have found the team at step up :The visit to the Vet for any pet is stressful they are so very thoughtful to have you wait to come into the waiting area when a room is open I have been to many vets thru the years you never know what you may walk into this touch is just wonderful. I cant say enough of the professionalism and care of the entire team. Then to receive a call from the doctor to follow up to a biopsy amazing!!! This is a 5 star Vet operation Bravo !!!

This was our first visit and it exceeded our expectations. From the kind tech who met us at the car to walk us in to the room. The Dr. introduced himself to us, and the. Promptly got on the floor with our pup. He was kind and gentle then explained everything to us. I was so happy to receive the printout from the appointment. Because undoubtedly I always leave somewhere and have questions. This was so nice to have to reference. The tech again was so nice and explained the meds to us and checked us out. We are so happy with how our first visit was. We felt that our beloved pup was important to your staff and was treated so kindly and not like a number or $$ like as was at our last veterinary office.

My experience with Step Up staff and Dr. Kitchen have been nothing but the best!!! This is a quality Veterinary Clinic with great focus on the wellness of animals as well as great conscientious with the owners!! Everyone, and I mean everyone, goes above and beyond I the most kindest, caring manner. And I can t say enough about Dr. Kitchen and her skills. You all are amazing! Every aspect of communication is a 10/10- from scheduling appointments, to how easy it is to ask questions outside the office, to the thorough and thoughtful conversations during visits. I also love the convenience of the drive-through, and the genuine care shown to my dogs is so reassuring. We always know our pups are in the best hands here. Absolutely no suggestions. You’re all truly 10/10. Dr. Kitchen is the best vet we’ve ever had, our dogs adore her! :)
