I was worried Ernie had a tick on his face. We were able to have him seen the same day I called. It wasn t a tick and I was very relieved to have this taken care of so quickly!

I love that you have a drive through for Rx pick up, that tech appts are still stay in the car as my pup does better w/ me not there, and how kind everyone is. I do want to note though that the last couple of visits, new pet parents were very confused and came to me to ask what to do as they didn t know where to park, if they could go in or should call, etc

Dr. Kitchen and all assistants are always very friendly and attentive.

I was a new patient. It took a few days to get an appointment. She needed seemed ASAP. We had to go to an urgent vet first. Other than that, I was very pleased.

I really like your practice. This appointment left me a bit sour because when I added the kitten to the appointment I specifically asked if she could be tested for Feline Leukemia at her age (8 weeks). I gave her birthday and was told yep, no problem, but when we got to the appointment I was told she was too young. If it would have just been me, I may have just been annoyed but I asked the kitten s owner to bring the kitten and so it was a wasted trip for her since we were not able to get the test. Please see my communication with staff through the app where this communication about the kitten is documented.

It’s easy to see why you have the name “A STEP UP” because you certainly ARE a step up!!

Everything was wonderful and quick. My dog had two shots and he was happy the entire time due to the staffs kind and calm manner.

A Step Up Vet’s staff are the best! They listen and never judge. I love this office and recommend them to all my friends and family.

New client, got scheduled and was able to be seen in a few days. Very convenient, staff was amazing to deal with and needless to say, we are now going to be coming here for all of our pups needs. Thank you!

Lots of hair in examination room. I get it. Staff awesome. Waxy ears? No infections. They weren’t cleaned while there? Confusing. Not complaining but if Tank has dirty ears clean them for me. ?? or is there a charge?

It would be helpful to be able to be seen the same day or next day when there is an issue. I also asked of drops could just be called in and was told someone would call me back and never heard back after 2 days. I switched to this office because of how caring and kind the vets were, but now have to go to another vet anytime we have an emergency or issue when your place is open. Keeping some appt times open for these things would be helpful.

Been bringing my German shepherd here since she was 7 weeks old. This place is priced fair, honest, and always on the ball! Couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else.

Excellent staff and Doctors, expecially Dr.Karalie Miller. She is thorough and takes to time to explain various options. Otis s first vet visit was with Dr. Miller and we have been fans ever since. The other Doctors are also very knowledgeable and professional and feel comfortable taking our dog there. Vet techs are very patient and helpful. Don t know what we would do without them. I reccommend this practice highly!
