I would have joined my dog in giving kisses to the staff, but I thought that might be a little too forward…

Parking has changed in the building with an app based charge system that is not very user friendly and did end up resulting in a $.45 charge despite the validation offered. I know it s beyond the control of the clinic directly but, worth noting as an inconvenience charge that perhaps could be avoided in the future. Otherwise the staff Miranda and the doctors have always been consisently the best in the area for many many years.

The vet care is top notch! I could not be happier. This survey stinks. It is unclear when it takes your answer if your answers are all excellent - which I want them to be.

Everyone who we interacted with during the appointment (front desk, vet techs, and Dr. Hagen) was very friendly and helpful!

You all are terrific! I ve been bringing my pets to you for close to 20 years and I always feel like they re in good hands.

I always feel so grateful that my cats are patients of yours and that I have you guys. I’m always treated so kindly and with priority. I appreciate how you constantly accommodate me, you will squeeze me in an appointment time, or let me bring an additional cat, you always answer my emails and that you all will get on the phone and collaborate with me when I’m dealing with a tricky situation. I feel so lucky and blessed. Thank you always for supporting me and my cats and making it easier to care for their sometimes compounding needs. You all are the best.

When I called to say that my dog was sick and we needed an appointment I was told the first available was in 3 days, then an opening was seen for later the same day, so I took it. I was surprised that I was told the wait for a sick animal was 3 days. That would have forced me to go to an animal ER which I expect to do when the office is closed, but not otherwise. I don t understand why the scheduling does not allow for animals that become ill. Even if the appointment is late in the day or early evening, at least it s better than waiting 3 days. The only practice I trust, with wonderful vets who work together. My cats love them, too.

We have been using the practice for decades. We think its clearly the best in this area.

I am always happy that we are able to get appointments within a few days of calling your office. Also, Dr. B. Jones spent plenty of time with us and we did not feel rushed, which was great, because we had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. This is by far the best veterinary practice I have ever been to. The vet techs, front-desk staff, and doctors are so kind, knowledgable, and patient. Miranda called me about a cancellation and I was able to get a same-day appointment for my sick dog. The vet took ample time to answer all of my questions. Everyone at Arlington Animal Hospital clearly cares about the animals they see and it absolutely shows. I also appreciate how small the practice feels in that I can talk to a real person instead of a phone tree when I call, I recognize the staff when I come in, and the doctors clearly communicate with each other about cases.

Doctor and specialist were both great listeners and took care of our babies. Overall, very satisfied with this visit.

Cost of additional blood test recommended was not explained. It is quite a shock to have a bill hundreds more than normal with no prior explanation. Recommending something without a cost explanation, knowing how significant it is was very disappointing.

I have been bringing my dogs to Alington Animal Hospital since 1979. I cannot think of going anywhere else! thanks a million Lorraine Bailey
