I think the reception staff could be friendly. They are a little grumpy. The rest of the staff was amazing!!!

I have a cat with bad health and am frustrated by how difficult it is to see a doctor quickly when medical issues come up and how issues issues I bring up are ignored. I brought up concerns with his breathing multiple times over months (sneezing fits that turned out to be asthma attacks) and ended up in SouthPaws when he escalated to gasping for air and had to spend days in an oxygen box while they got him on steroids. In my most recent appointment on Tuesday the doctor didn t want to proactively medicate with antibiotics (a first), and promised test results on Wednesday or at latest Thursday. My cat was just rebounding his weight from his last health crisis, now he s loosing weight every day, and after calling the office today (Friday) the only answer I could get was that the test was still in process and I probably wouldn t hear anything until next week.

Love seeing Dr Jones and I also appreciate that he took extra time to hear my concern about my cat, even though i was there for him to see my dog. I was glad to hear about the change in location. It will be easier for me if there is parking and easier on my pets.

I drive over 2 hours (1 way) from Wilderness, VA for Dr. Kay Young to care for my dog. She is fantastic!

Very happy. I called when they opened hoping to try and squeeze my dog in because he’d woken up sick. She went out of her way to check with the doctor and fit me in on the same day. The doctor then was efficient, informative, and within 12 hours after the appointment and doing as prescribed, my dog was feeling 100x better!

This was my first experience at an animal hospital and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were super helpful, and competent.

I came in without an appointment and Dr. Jones fit us in. I am so grateful. I am glad AAH is the practice my dog uses.

Dr. London is the best! We love working with him, and he takes such good care of Sadie for us. Front desk staff is also extremely helpful and kind.

I was told when I saw the doctor that I was supposed to bring in a stool sample, but nobody told me that when I made the appointment. It would have been nice to know so I didn t have to come back!

I love Arlington animal hospital. I feel they care and love my dog as much as I do. All the vets are great and everyone who works there is so nice!
