This not allowing to check any of the stars but in my books my visit was top notch. Everyone was awesome and I would HIGLY recommend this Animal Hospital to my friends. The vet was awesome with Kaine and he does not take well to men but he loved him!!!!!!! All my questions were answered and he was very informative. Thank you for being so AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

This is the best place to take your pet. The staff is fabulous. I have seen every doctor and I love them all. They all deliver the same spectacular service. They truly care and do the very best to tend to your pet needs.

i was so happy with the result of cutting oliver s hair. he does not flinch as much now that he can see better. he was groggy until about 8:00 and at 11:30 p.m. he was hungry and ate a small amount. \ thanks you so, so much. i really apprciate the effort you made. lorraine bailey, a customer since october 1970!

I really liked Dr. Loss and his staff. I was pretty stressed out about the situation and they made me feel confident that they could help my pet. I have to say that Tiffany was extra helpful and so very sweet!! She made my visit extra special. She truly cared and made me feel that she genuinely cared. Thank you for being there for me and my pet!! I will be back!! I would recommend that everyone give this vet a try before considering anyone else. Thank you again!!

We have been with this practice for many years and love every aspect from the admin staff, to the doctors.

My daughter was the one who took my cat Binky to AAH - just for a rabies shot. BUT the vet actually examined Binky and discovered fleas and also took action on a urinary tract problem. Thank you!

The wait time was a little long this time around (at least a 1/2 hour). I understand you guys were running a bit behind that day. The quality of care is always excellent though, so worth the wait.

Wonderful experience, as always! I esp appreciated that 2 front desk staff helped me get settled and helped me out to the car since I had my hands full with a baby and 2 dogs! Wonderful customer service and fantastic care!

I don t think we ve ever been seen on time, but this time was especially bad - about 45 minutes. I may start calling ahead to see how the schedule looks. Other than that, you guys are great. Keep up the good work and thank you

Very happy with the care at AAH.... All the doctors have been excellent.

Staff was very friendly but it would be nice for the facilities to be renovated a bit. The waiting room was nice and I don t need anything fancy but exam rooms are already unsettingly sterile and the ones at Arlington Animal Hospital are so small and old that it feels a little creepy.

Barnaby and I are fans of Dr. Jones and all the staff at AAH!

My husband and daughter brought in our recently adopted dog for her first checkup and they both told me that it was a very positive experience. They loved Dr. Jones and said he was gentle, kind, and taught them a lot about taking care of our dog. AAH isn t as close to our home as two other animal hospitals and I had considered changing for the convenience but after hearing the stellar reviews from my husband and daughter, we have decided that we will make the trip to see Dr. Jones for the care of our dog. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience for first time dog owners.

I think Arlington Hospital and it s staff -- from doctors to nurses to receptionists are exceptional. I am very pleased with all the services my puppy has received !!!

I would not take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Fred Jones is the best and I have followed him from Woodbridge Animal Hospital where I was a client for 14+ years. Dr. Fred Jones cares about the patient first. He truly is the best veterinarian I have ever met. If you try this animal hospital you will never leave for another.

Nobody is better than Dr. Jones for connecting with the owner and pet,,,and only after that connection...to move ahead to the diagnostic assessment and treatment plan.
