The appointment was on time and Dr. Jones spent as much time as needed with me and my cat!

We are always delighted to meet wth the older female vet. She gives great explanations. But most of all we absolutely live with ways she connects with our dog. She is clever and quick as she takes blood and Administers fluids etc. our dog never raises a fuss when she touches her. We come away feeling that she cares about our dog even though she Probably sees 10 -20 animals that day. She always calls as a follow up.

Front desk reception staff and techs were friendly and helpful. Surprised no water dishes for dogs in waiting room(anxious dogs are thirsty dogs)????

I was very happy to be able to get an appointment on a busy Friday. Dr London was very thorough and professional and covered all the topics and answered all my questions about my dog’s problems that had come up overnight. My dog is doing much better by tonight.

Parking can be difficult. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Waiting time was longer than I would have liked. I had a 12 o clock appointment and did not leave until almost 1:30.
