Barnaby and I are fans of Dr. Jones and all the staff at AAH!

My husband and daughter brought in our recently adopted dog for her first checkup and they both told me that it was a very positive experience. They loved Dr. Jones and said he was gentle, kind, and taught them a lot about taking care of our dog. AAH isn t as close to our home as two other animal hospitals and I had considered changing for the convenience but after hearing the stellar reviews from my husband and daughter, we have decided that we will make the trip to see Dr. Jones for the care of our dog. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience for first time dog owners.

Dr. Fred Jones cares about the patient first. He truly is the best veterinarian I have ever met. If you try this animal hospital you will never leave for another.

We waited for approximately 20-25 minutes at the exam room thus I have to rate four star on the item 2. However, the doctor and the staff are very professional while being friendly and helpful, making us very comfortable after waiting for a while. Dr London told me to make sure the front office staff knew what number he should call me on. So I did. I told them my 727 cell number. He called on my 703 home number so I missed his call. I dont know how it happened, but I was disappointed that I wasnt able to speak with him directly.

From start to finish, everyone was kind and welcoming. Dr. London spent a lot of time with us and even encouraged my daughter to listen to our new puppy s heartbeat. We felt more confident as new puppy owners after our appointment and know our new family member is in good hands. Thank you!

I really appreciated how quickly Dr. Jones called to let me know that my cat s labs came back normal. He also spoke about each item that he noticed in the labs instead of a general overview. Both Dr. Jones and Sammy interacted really well with my cat and she was quickly comfortable with them. Great experience!

I love you guys and know these surveys tend to be sent automatically. But this one comes after the visit that was the final one, when we had to say goodbye to our dog. I highly recommend that you look into whether or not you can prevent surveys from being sent following euthanasia visits.

Hi there, I had Daisy’s claws clipped, as I do about every two months. This time, though, the technician missed her “thumb” claw, the ones on the side of her front paws. So, she’s still a little lethal when we play with her. Can we come back and have someone clip those? Thank you!
