I have been going to Arlington Animal Hospital since the late 90 s, they have cared for 3 of my dogs who have passed and will be taking care of the 2 new puppies that I m bringing home. I stumbled into this facility so many years ago and consider myself fortunate to have done so. There isn t a single Dr. that in this practice that I wouldn t trust my pets care with.

I brought my dog in because she slipped on a slippery wood floor and injured her leg/hip. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the slippery wood floor and no carpets to wait on in the waiting area or the exam room. It made an already uncomfortable situation more stressful. Everybody was super nice and professional though. Thank you so much for getting us in on short notice.

Dr. Fred Jones and his assistant are great! They took such good care of my Piper after she had some adverse reactions to her DHPP-L Vaccination. Very professional, very thorough, and very much appreciated - thank you!

Vet technician and dr were wonderful. New setting is spacious and clean. The front desk people, however, did not make eye contact nor smile nor say hello. Whoever I spoke with on the phone beforehand was very helpful

In order to rate the services as a 5 or excellent, my cursor had to be placed over the 4 , which was odd. So, I sincerely hope that others are able to provide a rating of excellent .

I asked ahead of time what all the charges would be because your facility has added charges that were not communicated ahead of time before. I specifically asked for a list of all the costs of everything my dog needed in the visit, and you added another when I was at the visit again.

None of the billing information or prices were given upfront. Would appreciate more transparent costs.
