The nurse techs who brought my kitten in from curbside pick up were very friendly and the dr who spoke to me on the phone was very kind & informative about my kittens wellness exam. I am a first time pet owner so I am glad that they made me feel so comfortable in this process (especially since I couldn t go in with her for her check up!) Thank you!

We cannot say enough good things about the care given to our dog by everyone at Arlington Animal Hospital. Dr. Young has been our main vet for many years & she continues to be thorough, professional, friendly and takes time to explain everything in detail. Our thanks to all!

The curbside check-in could be a little more efficient and customer friendly. Answer the phone don t have the recording on, speak to the customer, estimate the time the assistant will come outside.

Everything was great but the vet does talk a lot.

I didn t get a chance to see if the facility is clean since we were entertained only outside of the clinic.

This was an urgent care visit. Everything went very well. Only issue was when I called the night before, I was told there was no space for an emergency visit until the following day. I asked if there was a vet on call for a phone consultation. I was told that a message would be given for Dr. Jones to call me back. Dr. Jones never did call. That seems to me to have been just a way to get me off the phone and an empty promise. Also, in order to find an emergency clinic referral I had to wait until the office was closed and hear the phone message. Why could the person who answered the phone not suggested that if I Felt it was a true emergency I should call XYZ emergency clinic instead of just leaving me hanging with an acutely sick cat?

I’m always very impressed with the care that the doctors and staff here display, and the time taken to read up on pet history before visits. I’ll never forget the multiple follow-up calls and emails to check on Pyewacket after I had to take him to an emergency vet rather than this practice, and that his reactions/treatments from that place were kept in his records here. I’ve never gotten that kind of care at another vet before!

My visit with my cat was awesome! All my questions were answered and I love that the tech and vet were so caring and careful to my cat. I will definitely visit again for the shots and vaccines and I feel great knowing I have somewhere to go to that I trust.

Arlington Animal Hospital is simply fantastic and the staff are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and professional.

I love this place! Staff are so helpful and friendly, quick wait time, and they added in a test for my dog last minute. They recommended a vaccine and were able to do it on the spot without an additional booking. I am a first time dog owner and they made me feel comfortable and confident. Will be back! Thanks again!

I love all the vets, technicians, and front desk people at Arlington Animal Hospital

Thank you for always taking care of our baby Luna. Everyone is always so kind to Luna and answer my questions about her care.

There was some water event inthe hallway and the doctor and assistant were delayed but no one came to tell us what was going on.

When I called, it was a couple days until the first available appointment. Dr London did do a phone consult the same day and that helped, but our dog’s condition deteriorated the next day. Our dog ended up being quite ill and went to an emergency department in the interim. We kept the appointment with you as a follow up and I’m glad we did. Dr Hagen was clear and thorough, kind, and speaking with her helped me understand what to expect going forward. Everything about being at Arlington Animal Hospital was positive. Getting in quickly was hard. Like I wish there were a handful of “suddenly sick today” appointments available, the way the pediatrician’s office has a well visit side and a sick visit side. Maybe there are and I just didn’t communicate well how sick our dog was. Anyway, as I said, the care via phone and in person were great. Thank you.
