I was very happy with Dr. Jones. He took time to speak to me, didn t rush, and is conservative in suggesting procedure. He is logical. Both Dr. Jones have take the time to speak to me on the phone when I had concerns about my pup.

The staff is very caring and professional -- from the front desk to the vets. The vets take time to call and leave a message after treating my dog. AAH gets an A+ in customer service.

Absolutely, the most fabulous vet care.

They were very attentive to the needs of my overanxious dog. Took plenty of time to check out my pooch and answer all of my questions.

I have been going to Arlington Animal Hospital for over 30 years and have always been happy with the care. My visit with Dr. London on Monday was mo exception.

Vet tech did such a good job of holding my cats for the vet - They seemed to find it very reassuring.

The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely cares for their furry patients.

Dr. Duerler is always outstanding. She took a lot of time with Tucker and made sure to explain everything to me as she went through the exam and answered all my questions. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

So pleased with wonderful Dr Jones and Sammy- she took her time, explained everything, did a thorough check up, and was gentle with our dog. She also followed up the next morning to check on our Joey Good Dog. Sammy is wonderful with animals, knows just what to do to calm a dog down. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Hello, this is a quirky survey, but I cannot express enough my sincere appreciation for the kind and competent staff from the receptionist to the providers. I was treated with respect and consideration. I adopted a cat who can be quite anxious and frightened, but Dr. Jones and his staff were so calm and patient with her, I was in awe! Dr. Jones is friendly, down to earth and professional. My neighbor, Holly Bray, referred me to you and I can see why.

I showed up without an appointment because my dog had just been bitten by another dog. Your staff took our dog in, evaluated her, and sent the details to an ER facility to have her seen. We cannot thank you enough!!!
