I mentioned to Dr. Jones that I was planning to go out of town on Friday. She called me today (Thursday) to see how things were going w/ Eli. That really meant A LOT to me! I appreciate the concern immensely. Arlington Animal Hospital has been my vet for decades. Despite the passage of time, they are still my vet of choice hands down :-).

AAH has been taking excellent care of our cats for over twenty years. Dr. Julie Duerler and the entire staff are terrific.

I realize it is hard to keep the reception area floor clean of drool and fur bunnies with so many dogs coming in and out.

I arrived early and my dog was seen soon after arrival. Good customer service experience.

Miranda was super nice and it was great to see her again. Dr. Young was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and super professional. The assistant with Dr. Young was also wonderful (I don t know her name). Our dog is already doing much better with Dr. Young s treatment plan.

Wonderful care of my dog. Sat on floor to make it easier on the dog. After a vaccine reaction, saw my dog again the same day, with solution. Clearly love animals.

I was very happy with Dr. Jones. He took time to speak to me, didn t rush, and is conservative in suggesting procedure. He is logical. Both Dr. Jones have take the time to speak to me on the phone when I had concerns about my pup.

The staff is very caring and professional -- from the front desk to the vets. The vets take time to call and leave a message after treating my dog. AAH gets an A+ in customer service.
