I think this was mainly due to Covid-19 and the staff having to go to cars to pick up/drop off animals. I felt like I was being told different things from various different staff members. I believe 4 different staff attempted to help me and told me different info each time. The whole process felt super unorganized. The time spent with the actual vet was super brief and felt very rushed. I am giving y’all the benefit of the doubt bc everyone was still extremely friendly and helpful, but I definitely felt like I was not given the attention and time I would expect at a vet.

I left the following Facebook review: (in a nutshell, Dr Brandt was fantastic, the support staff as well) I had an issue with my Great Dane puppy where he was vomiting and had bad diarrhea for several days. My friend referred this clinic to me. I was able to book a same-day appointment with Dr Brandt, and couldn’t be happier with my experience with her/the clinic staff. As I am writing this we are just coming out of quarantine for COVID-19 and the clinic is running VERY busy (not sure if that’s just their norm). The staff was very attentive to my questions and very caring for my pup, even though pup-dads aren’t allowed in the clinic right now, Dr Brandt called me 3 separate times while doing the exam/performing X-ray and sedation. She was very clear on my options and gave me honest advice of what she would do had it been her pet in the clinic, and made sure that I all of my questions were answered. Overall, the appointment was originally scheduled for 30 minutes, and she spent almost 2.5 hours with my dog while accepting other appointments. Couldn’t be happier, and I’m fortunate to have found my puppy’s long-term veterinarian.

I just want to say thank you so much for taking such good care of my dog Anna. I was so concerned when I found blood in her stool but you all took such good care of her and she is looking better. I was calling vets all morning trying to find someone who could see her that day, and I am very thankful that she could come in on such short notice. I am more than satisfied with the service at Red Butte Vet and filled with gratitude that you took such good care of my dog.

Dr. Brandt and her staff provide the best veterinary care I have experienced. The follow up and communication is fantastic!

The facility has done a great job accommodating the changing COVID policies, and it was a simple task to get my dog seen for her needs. I loved working with the staff and I’d love to come here again!

Dr. McMullin is our favorite, our dog Indy is very nervous with other people especially at the vets. She’s had a history of pain and a few surgeries. He makes her feels as comfortable as possible and understands her needs. He always has helpful tips and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Red Butte for all of your pets needs. The staff is professional and friendly even through these hard times with the pandemic.

I appreciate the safety measures due to coronavirus. This was our first visit and we were made very comfortable and were very appreciative of the staff.

I recently left my other vet s office and for once I actually felt like they had my pets best interest in mind. They are not driven by money but driven by the heath of the pet, which is refreshing.I would recommend anyone going there, they are professional and really care of what is best for your pet and are super accommodating.

Dr. Emily Blount took great care of our new dog, did a thorough exam, explained all of her findings, communicated everything very clearly, and went above and beyond for caring for our boy. We are so thankful!

The doctors and staff are always wonderful. There s never a question that you all care about our animals as much as we do.

So nice to follow COVID standards for grooming our furry kids! My daughter loves Tahna. I was reluctant to take her not knowing that your great front desk person came outside to get Emi (my dog) and bring her out to us upon completion!! Thank you to Tahna, Dr Brandt and esp your staff!
