I called to pick up my dog from the groomer and because of coronavirus I was paying over the phone. The girl answered and asked how she could help, so I told her and then she put me on hold for 11 minutes! I finally just texted my groomer and asked her to bring the dog out! Eleven minutes is WAY too long to be put on hold!!

Dr. Brandt is very caring and professional. Upfront about health concerns, remedies and cost. Exceptional!

Stephanie (groomer) does a fantastic job, and ensures that everything is handled as safely as possible.

Luna s cage was not reassembled and closed properly when she was returned to my car. I didn t notice this when Luna was placed in my car as I was trying to maintain social distance. As a result, her cage came open as I was taking her back from my car, through my parking garage, up an elevator, and down the hallway back to my condo. She got loose in the elevator and tore off running as soon as the doors opened (luckily on my floor). Thankfully I was able to recover her safely, but the outcome could have been catastrophic, especially if she had gotten loose as the vet tech was carrying her outside, or when we were still in my large parking garage with dozens of cars she could have hidden under. Please tell the vet techs and assistants to pay more attention when they re placing pets back in their cages to ensure cages close securely. A diligent tech spending 5 seconds upfront could have prevented this altogether.

Stephanie is the best groomer! Rory is a happy dog in her care.

your COVID procedures were solid, and the staff was so reassuring about taking my pet (even though i was nervous to leave him). the vet took a lot of time to chat with me; it was obvious he spent time with my cat and cared for the animal. everyone was great!!

The clinic and vet were very helpful. Curbside appointments are necessary, but hope to be able to meet with the vet directly in the future when the pandemic is more under control. Thanks for all you do for our pets.

I ll be honest, I was a little bit disappointed in the communication and organization from the office on this visit. First, they didn t have record of us having already paid for the procedure, so it took another 20 minutes to get that cleared up. Then when it was time to pick him up, I got a call that he was ready, I said I was able to come in about an hour, and when I got there over an hour later and called to have him brought out, he wasn t finished, so I waited another 35 minutes before he came out. No one explained discharge instructions or gave me a chance to ask questions. I never saw the vet that I thought we were scheduled with. I had to call a few days later to see if a follow up appointment was necessary, which it was. We live close by, so it is really convenient, but I have had a number of frustrating experiences with this and other visits where I ve noticed a lack of documentation and having to be excessively proactive to make sure things are documented/submitted etc.

Great service I appreciate you taking good care of Ryder considering he is not the easiest dog to examine and do procedures on.

Everything was terrific (per usual) but Gus does still need his rabies vaccine. Just a couple of days ago I was talking to a friend who recently moved to Utah and recommended you guys for her two dogs.

Everything was great. Even with Covid-19 precautions Millie and I were treated very well. Great follow up with the vet and staff. We will certainly be coming back.

Wow. This was my first visit, and they worked me in quickly. The staff is friendly and caring. The doctor is a skilled diagnostician and didn’t pressure me into getting extra tests. He didn’t rush the visit and answered my myriad questions. Highly recommend!

I accidentally walked right in the door, ignoring the signs to protect everyone s health. Perhaps it would be beneficial to remind individuals in the emails/phone calls that you are only offering curb-side services right now. I also would have noticed a large STOP sign on the door more than the yellow highlighted text. I am so sorry that I caused you to have to lock your door from my mistake!!! I know that made things much more complicated for your staff and I apologize.

This was my first vet experience and it was great! The staff was so friendly and my dog came out happier than he went in, lol!
