Too much time waiting for pet to be taken back and then seen by vet, for an average of one hour per each of my five dogs visits. I think the annual office visit needs to be streamlined.

Your staff is truly the nicest people. You all really care about the care of the animals you see. I couldnt be happier and yall just keep doing what your doing because its working :)

While I was able to get in to be seen the day I called, I am extremely disappointed in my visit. I was whisked away to a room and left for an extended period of time. My dog provided a very large stool sample while we waited yet I was told the sample they used was too smeared and they couldn t read it so he was then given an all around wormer. I was charged for the fecal test but the staff was not able to provide any test results. Unfortunately my dog still has an abnormal stool so there could still be an issue.

Only charging $25 for an office visit, was BIG! Think it would bri g more of us in with our beloved pets, if it was this price everyday, not just the month of January!!

I would like to recommend a veterans discount. I do understand that you give discount s to active duty military, only. However, active duty military receive a salary no matter if they are sick or not. They also receive pay for vacations, receive discounts on groceries etc. Disable vets receive an end of the month disability pay, that may not even cover utilities or groceries. Some veterans need an extra job to be able to live, but because they are sick or too old they are unable to work a steady job. This is a recommendation. Thanks for giving me a chance to express my opinion
