I absolutely love dr Lora is always so sweet. With the passing of my animals she & her staff have been so amazing. As I have taken in additional strays she always helps me take care of their needs & with my financial limitations in mind. Michelle at the front desk is a friend but is so professional & sweet also. The entire staff is so considerate.

This is the best vet clinic with the best staff (administrative, technicians and DVMs) in the state. They ve been treating our dogs for more than 13 years. We ve always received top-notch care from them. We wouldn t even consider going anywhere else.

Actually, mine was not an office visit. Dr. Mark made a farm call to check a couple of cows with long toe. He is always responsive, courteous, helpful, and informative. I am pleased with my relationship with BAC.

Dr. Lora is always wonderful and kind. She is very special!

Many times when I have called I get a recording that everyone is busy so call back in 10 min. It s been hard for me to do that because I m busy too. Sometimes I don t remember until the office is closed. I just wish someone was always avaliable to answer calls. Other than that, y all ARE GREAT!

Doctors are great, but I have to say that the friendliness and caring attitude of the front desk staff puts this clinic above others.

The vet. didnt seem to put forth any concern or effort with new horse I brought. Looked in his mouth while tied to my trailer. Both horses were there for annual coffins. One new horse, explained chewing concerns and vacccinations needed by assistant first. Vet. had little concern but pull coggins. Assistant was more attentive to my concerns of new horse then vet. New horse received no due vaccinations. Vet seemed in a hurry and only pulled coggins & a quick look in his mouth, charged for a full health inspection of one horse. Brought both the same last year & was charged on 45 for one by mark.

Love the staff and the facilities.

Dr Mark was nice enough to come out on a very short notice to examine a horse of ours. We received quality care as always and he and his staff are very knowledgeable.
