We got an appointment for our kitten for the next day, the front desk staff is certainly busy but very patient, helpful, polite and very well organized. The vet was great, patient in explaining the illness and the proper care. You can tell how busy the office is because you have to wait on hold for a bit, but it is worth it. (Social distancing observed and we couldn t enter the facility along with the kitten but the vet and the receptionist communicated by phone). Great vets!

Can t wait till we can join our pets in the exam room! But we manage till then.

Been to two other vets in the nyc area and you guys are by far the best.

This whole process was an A+ experience. I had made an appointment and subsequently emailed reception about some pertinent details concerning my cat s medical history and reason for the visit. I checked in by phone to confirm the receipt and found out that my comments/info had already been added to my cat s chart so the treating vet would have immediate access to it. So great. Intake was super easy, friendly and efficient and Dr. Mansfield called me after her examination to brief me on her findings. She was very nice and really took her time to explain everything which was awesome. My cat seemed totally normal afterward so she must have had a really good experience as well. THANK YOU TEAM! We will be back.
