I m sincerely apologize for getting lost, which caused TomKat to be late for his appointment! And, appreciate the fact that our being late, had minimal effect on Tom being seen in a timely manner. when I came in to get seen the receptionists were helpful and the waiting time was great. However after I got seen I walked out of the exam room and stood at the front counter for over 15 minutes while the receptionists went through files or something and didn t even ackoledge that I was standing if front of them. I was getting so mad it was ridiculous. Then the doctor came from around the corner and I seen he was finishing putting his notes in the file of my dog. But I just really pissed me off that I was standing in front of these two receptionist and they never even acknowledge that I was standing there. Why couldnt I just pay and go!!!??? Time = Money. To top it off.. I asked the vet about my dog missing patches of hair on his paws and he keeps licking them and the vet was like oh maybe its mites or fleas but then I told him that my dog is on the two flea preventatives that they swear by. Then he was like maybe it is allergy or something and if it gets worse bring him back.... SMH now its not even a week later and my dog keeps going after his paws and I will have to pay the bullshit ass exam fee all over again just to get him seen. Why didn t he take more notice to this when I was originally there!?? Overall I like Waipio Pet Clinic, the doctors are pretty friendly and what not. But I just cant get over having to bring my dog in a week or so later to get seen for something I already Brought up and having to pay another exam fee.

I was soooo impressed by the dog “handler”. I don’t know her name but she is tall, thin and wears glasses. She was so calming. My dog required three people to hold her and one to cut her nails at the other vet. But only one person to hold and one to cut at Waipio! With no muzzle even! I was astonished! The gal who cut was an older woman (Asian) with short hair. These ladies are very skilled!

I wouldn t take my dogs to any other vet. I feel confident on each visit that my dogs will be cared for like it was their own.
