I have no suggestions because every thing was just perfect!!

I really appreciate the staff accomodating me and my dog, he s not animal friendly and they always help to bring him in and make sure the office is clear.

All the staff were wonderful. Truly evident that you all love animals.

TY SO much!! Dr. Tamura wasn t working that day and Dr. Nanbu squeezed our baby Nani in. she got into a little fight with the other dog over food and she s 10yrs old. We didn t want to take her to the emergency clinic since they dont know her history and may have not give her pain meds to touch her :(. Dr.Nanbu was able to give her pain medicine and antibiotics. We really felt alot more assured and comfortable being able to have her seen there than some place our baby wouldn t have not been comfortable at.. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN for taking such good care of her and our family!

We don t go to the office that often (which is a good thing) but they always remember who we are and our dog when we walk in. Dr. Nanbu and her staff are patient with Mailey and will get us in and out quickly. Thank you!

The staff went way beyond their duty and responsibility. Their assistance made it so much easier on me and my pet. Their suggestions were so helpful. My pets are very fortunate to have such excellent care and so nearby. We do not have to travel far, making their time in the car a lot less stressful than it could be.

Our appointment was very satisfactory. Everyone s friendly, the place is clean; Dr Uruu was/is very efficient as well as kind, and you can tell Natalie loves animals. She held and comforted our trembling Ozzy as he was being poked with the needle and I must say we really appreciate that. She then explained the meds and the bill and we were on our way. All in all, a pleasant trip to the vet.
